We were right next to the softball field complexes. The pool was great, but the lawn maintenance was not the best. I think you need to update the property photos, as the complex is under construction right now and many units are being worked on. Plus, the picture of the Colony Club sign on VRBO is misleading because that is at another entrance that did not lead to our units. It was our first time to Gulf Shores, and it did not disappoint! Communication with the property manager was super easy and very prompt. Check in and check out were made simple. My biggest complaint is the cleanliness of the condo it definitely needs a good deep cleaning, I don’t want to pay a cleaning fee and have cob webs everywhere and filthy area rugs. The other complaint is the kitchen supplies, the reason we rented a condo was the fact we could cook meals at home..well there was one frying pan, and one sauce pan, so it was almost impossible to cook with the limited utensils. Besides my few complaints, our vacation was very nice!
