It wasn’t clear that all balconies were under construction. So we couldn’t even open the doors to balconies because there was no railing. Listing warned of construction and noise, but wasn’t exactly clear there would be no balconies. We weren’t the only ones that missed the warning because security told us that people got there and left because of it. They are also completely serious about no more than two cars regardless if the place is empty. We rented 4 bedroom and had 3 cars. I completely understand that there is not a lot of parking if the complex is completely booked but there was at very least 17 empty spots at all times and this is not counting the spots taken up by next door construction. To park 3rd vehicle without paying somewhere else each day, it was 5 miles down to Orange Beach to park at Rouses. The dryer wouldn’t dry towels without going through 3/4 drying cycles. The space itself was beautiful and clean. We were also told that the few that did stay got a discount and we did not. In fact we tried call twice with no return call. Overall we were disappointed to say the least. We paid a lot of money and not being able to enjoy the sound of the ocean and the breeze from balcony was a bust and parking situation with so many open places was beyond ridiculous! ##### Andrea S.
