Fun relaxing getaway

Most affordable beach stay so far!

Great walking distance to the HUB, shopping and tons of activities. We will definitely be back! Great stay for the price. So much AMAZING and affordable seafood joints !! We ate out every night and didn’t break the bank.

Reviewer Comments: Upon checking the floor was dirty and coffee grounds were still in the coffee pot. Had a termite infestation Sunday and had to move rooms until Tuesday when they finally got an exterminator in. Vent fan in kitchen did not work. Have stayed at this property for years and had good experiences but this was not a good unit.

Gulf Shores Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed it just like the previous stays we've had at Clearwater. Just a couple of minor things. The toaster would not work unless you held the lever down when making toast. Not a big deal but maybe needs looking at. The ice maker does not work but maybe this is by design in case someone would leave without turning it off. Again not a big deal we just used the cube trays. Also there was no vacuum. We like to vacuum before we leave. My husband was taught that when you borrow or use something that belongs to someone else you always leave or return it in the same or better condition than it was when you received it. Again no big deal. We'll definitely be back. You can bet on it. We love the place!!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been coming to GS for over 10 years. I found this unit to have the best stocked kitchen of any place I stayed. The location is right on the beach, beds were very comfortable, furnishings were very nice. The balcony is small but sufficient. The only thing I would say needs attention is the dishwasher as it isn’t bolted in place and falls forward on you when you open the door. The stove is usable but outdated.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the sign on the street needed to be bigger or lighted to see the entrance better but we found it. We had a great time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, so happy they painted and upgraded this unit. We have stayed at this condo complex 3 times and this unit was the last unit available. We were reluctant because of the decor, but was assured it was improving and it did. The unit was unfortunately not cleaned very well, but I am not one to complain. They have everything you need in a kitchen for your stay. I will say we needed the sofa sleeper and this was not a sofa sleeper. So they need to update the amenities. Over all we were happy as usual with our stay, except we had a stormy week. Location amazing. Bender Reality is amazing!! I just wish the world would get back to normal, it was very hard to eat out and wait times were horrible! We love this place and Gulf Shores!!

Great View

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The great stuff first. The view was amazing. The beach was great, the pool was clean and nice. The room was just like it was pictured. Kind of over the top. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. All of the outside furniture was cheap plastic and most of the inside furniture was wicker. If you are a fluffy person this may not be your first choice. The condo feels like some one bought it and decorated it to look like a beach condo but had no intentions of ever being there. I would love to stay in the building again. I would not stay in this condo again.

Gulf Shores Clearwater

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to vacation in Gulf Shores. We had a wonderful time and ready to get back to the gulf coast. Clearwater 5D was somewhat dated in the furnishings but overall was a great place to stay. The major issues we had were 1) the advertised Wi-Fi only worked if you were standing at the front door. We had to use our air cards most of the time to get good internet service. 2) the air conditioning was very unbalanced. We had to keep the thermostat on 70 just to keep it cool enough in the master bedroom to sleep and 3) there was no grill available at the complex to cook on. All in all, once again, a good value for what you get.

It was very rooomy and nice, but some updates to those two areas would make all the difference in the world!
