Castle in the Sand East" is a stunning gulf front development that's located in one of the best locations along Alabama's Gulf Coast, in Orange Beach AL. This newer property features an East and West unit, and when both sides are rented, is one of the largest properties along Alabama’s Gulf Coast. Each side will accommodate 14-26 guests and is located in one of the best locations along the entire Gulf Coast. This home sits approximately half a mile West of the Florida/Alabama state line and one mile to the East of the Perdido Pass Bridge in the heart of Orange Beach.  
  
Gulf-front splendor awaits at our unforgettable beach house in the heart of Orange Beach, featuring a pristine private pool and 9 opulent bedrooms. Rent only the east part of the property (this listing) and sleep up to 26 guests, or rent the nearly identical other half—Castle in the Sand West—to double your sleeping space. PLEASE note, there are louvered privacy walls between all balconies and a 9 ft privacy wall between the pool decks. You will have total privacy between the units. The dune walk to the beach is the only thing shared between the two properties.  
  
Put together, the two wings create one of the largest beachfront properties on Alabama’s Gulf Coast! All located just half a mile from the Florida/Alabama state line and one mile from the Perdido Pass Bridge, in the beating heart of Orange Beach.  
  
Beachfront is the best way to enjoy Orange Beach, and this home provides a prime spot directly on the Gulf, accessed via your own private boardwalk over the dunes. Castle in the Sand East was absolutely perfect for our large family get together! Plenty of room for everyone- at one point 6 of us were working in the kitchen and we never ran into each other. We only ate our once and rarely left the beach house all week long!

We have stayed at this property 5 times now, with the first time being when it was first built. It is very well maintained and clean, never a disappointment. We are a very picky renter with a list of requirements for places we rent. One cannot go wrong with any of this owners' properties. We have also rented another of their properties, and it was the same quality. Castle in the Sands is well appointed with high end furnishings, comfortable and the layout is perfect. The deck has a lot of seating while enjoying the pool or watching the dolphins in the ocean. There is nothing better than renting a property that is oceanfront with private beach. It's one's own private piece of paradise while renting this home. The added benefit of this property is that the owners manage their rentals and live in the area. They check their rentals between stays and are quick responders throughout the entire process and stay. I have always dealt with Greg who is just amazing. Anyone renting this property, or another one, can do so with confidence.

This was a sibling vacation. There were fourteen of us, all adults. The property was nice. Needs a few repairs and upkeeping, but overall, very nice. Well stocked with kitchen essentials. Great location. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home and we hope it’s not our last. Everything is breath taking from the time you walk in the door to the view from the back deck/swimming pool! We had a toilet that wasn’t flushing very well and management was on top of it and there within the hour to fix the problem! Excellent communication and a beautiful home!

My big family had a wonderful time at Castle in the Sand East. the location is fabulous. The beach was fantastic, mostly private, we had it to ourselves. The house was lovely, big and amazingly soundproof! The pool was perfect for our little people. Everything was great!

#### Great Family Vacation

Had a fabulous time. There were 20 of us (my husband and I, our children and grandchildren). Plenty of room for all and kitchen area was extremely accommodating! Bedrooms were great and kids loved the shared bedroom with bunks! We paid a little extra to have the pool heated, but would recommend for the time of year we were there! Pool was great fun after a day on the beach! Location was great. Walking distance from Florabama and plenty of attractions for things to do! Would highly recommend this place if you have a large group! Our host was very easy to work with! When we thought we had a problem with the clothes dryer and called maintenance, they were there in fifteen minutes! Only to find out that we didn’t have the door shut tight! LOL! Again, would highly recommend and hope to return. Of note…this was our second stay in this house and looking to stay again sometime in the future!

So so happy with this house! Perfect to have two refrigerators, big kitchen, and a huge table where 15 of us could could all eat together! There were plenty of rooms and beds , and space for everyone to spread out! The pool and the beach were the icing on the cake! We will definitely be back!!

16 guys traveling the world to play golf. Orange Bch AL came up on the list and CastleInTheSand became our home base for a week. What a great place in a great location. The house had a lot of space for 16 guys! We enjoyed all of the amenities described and the communication with the Host was great. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for having us! Could not have asked for a more perfect place to spend a week with the family. CASTLE IN THE SAND- East was an amazing property that left our family of 17 with full hearts. Great week with 4 families who have kids of all ages. House was perfect for everyone to be together on the main floor/deck area. Kids could run back and forth to the beach. Restaurants and shops were close and easy to get to. All four couples had a master suite with ocean views. Great property!

#### A wonderful experience at Castle In The Sand East

This is a very nice, well-kept property. The kitchen was well appointed with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers and plenty of plates and utensils. We had a group of people and had plenty of space for all of us to spread out and have our own space. The biggest bonus for us was the short walk down the boardwalk to the beach. It was 1 minute to the sand. We spent many hours on the beautiful beach. The house is close to restaurants and grocery stores and the area is not overcrowded. It is just as described and is a great vacation home option.

Amazing property right on the beach! Heated pool was a huge hit with the kids! Plenty of room for our large family, loved that all the bedrooms with king size beds had their own bathroom. As family seems more precious now that my mom is no longer here since she passed away in June, my twin sister, and 3 cousins along with spouses and significant others and I decided to rent this awesome house. This house greatly exceeded all of our expectations. We only cooked twice while there, but the kitchen had everything you need which is rarely the case when renting. We loved that there were multiple appliances. We loved the privacy that this house provided. No crowds and noise to deal with. We are all kind of over staying in high rise condos that you have to wait on an elevator and steak out chairs at the pool and beach. This house was spectacular in every way and we are already making plans for a 2nd annual "cousins beach trip" for next year.

Don’t miss out on this house!! Beautifully decorated and plenty of room for everyone. Great location, close to everything, but you have a private beach. The pool and gas grill are an added bonus on the deck overlooking the beautiful beach. The property owners are amazing and readily available. We will be back!
