We had four adults and four younger children and the room situation was perfect. The pictures in the listing are on point, and what you see is what you get. It was very clean and also stocked with what you might need in the kitchen. The balcony overlooks the gulf, and it’s a fantastic view. You walk right out onto the beach, there is no crossing roads. The hosts called to make sure we were satisfied, and were also quick to answer texts. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. I do want to say that some of the bedroom doors need some WD40, and the beds are kinda squeaky. Overall though, fabulous stay and well worth the rental ##### Debbie H. We had no issues during our stay so we never communicated directly with anyone other than an initial text. Parking was good, elevator good. I knew to bring xtras of things like tp & paper towels (information shared on the site)so no problem there. I would definitely rent again. The building is the typical old beach town building that is not run down but it's not new and posh from the outside. I was the first to go up in the family to see if the unit was ready & the exterior door had me concerned. I entered the key code and opened the door and I was BLOWN AWAY!! This unit is gorgeous! Every inch of it is remodeled beautifully. It is stunning! The beds, the showers, the couch..everything is perfect. Somehow I missed that there were 3 baths instead of 2 so that was an added bonus from the onset. The furniture is comfortable. Everything is tasteful & new & luxurious. The owners paid attention to detail on every inch of this property. I purposely brought my own microfiber cloth to clean because of my experience at a unit in Boardwalk. I had nothing to clean. I even tried to wipe down the chairs on the patio because they are exposed to the elements. My cloth came back clean. I will ABSOLUTELY stay here again. I've never stayed in a beach front property that didn't have sand on the floor when you get there because it's impossible to contain. There was no sand in this unit. ##### Miranda P. We had a great trip to Casa del Sol B1 - the condo was very nicely renovated and the location couldn't have been better! We had one small housekeeping request that was filled quickly (on Easter Sunday, no less) and we appreciated the daily communication on the water conditions and other updates.
