'Busy Doin' Nothin' is located within a single family residential neighborhood- none of the crowded beaches, traffic, noise, etc. associated with some areas on the Gulf coast. Restaurants and convenience stores located nearby. At last count, 13 golf courses in the area, Bon Secure National Wildlife Refuge, the Mobile Bay Ferry, Fort Morgan Historic Site, Alabama Birding Trail are all close by. For those that desire to 'shop 'til you drop', the Rivera Centre contains in excess of 100 factory outlet stores and is located in nearby Foley (approximately 10 miles north of Gulf Shores). The world's most beautiful beach is located approximately 100 yards from your front door. The home has a wagon for your use in carrying necessary beach supplies, chairs, etc.- most of which are available at the home for your use. Because the home is located on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, Mobile Bay is directly north of the home, less than a 1/4 mile away, and offers fishing, crabbing, shrimping, etc. The home has crab traps available for your use-you will need to bring your own fishing equipment. A fishing pier is located on the Fort Morgan Historic Site and is available for your use at a nominal charge, and well as the public boat launch. Alcohol is allowed on our beaches. As are pets. This property has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living area is huge! It has a large kitchen, packed with everything you need and plenty of space in the dining room. The location is so convenient. Walk by a few houses and you're on the Gulf of America beach. This section of the beach is actually dog friendly (as is the property)! Our little Ewokian (Havanese/Pomeranian) puppy loved the beach! The Tacky Jack seafood restaurant is a few minutes away and not far from Fort Morgan Historical Site (all dog friendly). The Fort Morgan area is so secluded from the tourists and is so quiet, yet close enough to drive to Gulf Shores for souvenirs and shopping. We'll be back! ##### Kenny L. This home was spacious, clean with amazing quiet beach access just about a football field from front door to sand! Comfy beds, nice size kitchen open to the dining area and living room. Lots of fun beach things, enjoyed some and added to the collection! Loved the covered parking, in the ground grill, outdoor shower and hose to keep the sand down in the house. The 3 full baths made it easy to clean up after the beach, tile floors throughout were easy to sweep up, laundry area was nice and bright and the berber carpet was a bonus touch in the bedrooms. Jun 28, 2023 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Mostly Good First, the good- -the A/C is a workhorse. The A/C kept us cool the whole stay! -Location is perfect! Close to the beach. -comfortable beds -wagon, beach things, nets, and crab traps provided!!! -Tina is great and very responsive. Side note- the starter supplies were more than expected due to previous reviews and enough to get us started on our stay. Issue- -there was visible dog hair on the floors and sheets of one bed. Tina took steps to resolve the issue and I am satisfied with the solution. Overall the good outweighs the one issue and I would return again! ##### Briana P.
