The house was not clean, the AC upstairs stopped working, and there were visible issues with the house. The thermostats kept kicking back to high temps and we were hot all week. But!! The location is wonderful. Close to Sassy Bass and Tacky Jacks restaurants. We enjoyed being directly on the beach. The kids could go to and from the beach easily. The little pool ended up being a favorite for the kids. The kitchen is well stocked. We also enjoyed the family room being large enough for our family to relax and play games. The house was perfect for us, just steps from a beautiful private beach area. The pool was small but the kids loved it. Had an issue with the washing machine caused by a previous guest. It had everything we needed plus so much more. The beach was at our doorstep. Great living area big enough for our 10 adults and 6 children. The walk-in showers were nice. Plenty of beach chairs and accessories. Great location. Because there were no closets in the bedrooms, it would have been nice to have a few hooks for hanging clothes. Well stocked kitchen, but we missed the can opener, measuring cups, etc. in the island drawer until late in the week because it didn’t have a handle. It didn’t look like a drawer.
