It was better than advertised. The parking situation could be better. There were a few times we almost couldn't find parking in either lot for either of our vehicles. Looks like someone has kicked in the front door at some point but they just screwed the cracked frame back on. The smoke detector was chirping loudly with a dead battery. It was 60 degrees inside when we checked in because it was 37 degrees outside and thermostat was set on cool. The deck furniture was all piled up together...heavy furniture to move. Blinds are sagging, curtain rod broken, refrigerator drawers cracked. Could be very nice condo with some upkeep. ##### Joanna H.
