Boardwalk 383- Reserve Your Gulf Front Condo Now!

This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

Boardwalk 383 is the place to spend your vacation! A 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Gulf Shores condo that will provide you with priceless memories you will never forget. Enjoy family time in the modern coastal living room with a mounted flat screen television and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a fully equipped kitchen with seating for up to 7 people.

The primary bedroom with balcony access has a king size bed and private bath with a tub/shower combo the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room which allows 6 people to enjoy this condo comfortably.

This 70 unit complex is in the heart of shopping attractions entertainment and dining including the famous Sea-n-Suds restaurant on-site. While outdoors enjoy the gulf side pool a sundeck and BBQ area. There is a full size washing machine and dryer in the condo as well as free Wi-Fi and flat screen televisions throughout.

You must be at least 21 years of age or older to reserve this vacation rental. This is a non-smoking property. Free Parking with a 2 car maximum. No pets are permitted Monthly rentals accepted November - March 1st.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 21 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

It was perfect for our weekend getaway.

It was a great weekend. We got eloped on the balcony and spent our first weekend married in this condo. The beach was perfect and the condo was awesome. Perfect trip! We will definitely be back!!!

Very well used & not in the best condition .

Poorly repaired door knob, trapped inside guest. Rick Security officer to the rescue & saved the day. Repairs completed next day post crisis. Sea n suds closed 2 days, not advertised. Very crowded with families vacationing everywhere ! Poor sleep 2 nights, neighbors up till late & loud. Who do you call for noise disturbance? Nice, but lacking. Not interested in staying again.

I lost my father on May 2 to Covid 19. His wish was one final visit to the beach. Our stay at the Boardwalk was the most beautiful place and will have many cherished memories.

Great 2 bedroom condo right on the beach. Could not be any more scenic or convenient. Well appointed, clean, and ready to go. Highly recommend the Boardwalk and this unit in particular.

Great place to stay! Sleeps 6. Everything looked just like the pictures. No problems during the stay, the appliances and AC worked well. I thought it was well decorated, clean, and the view was excellent from the balcony. Super easy access to the beach and pool. The condo is located in a great area of Gulf Shores. Close to several restaurants, shops, etc. I would definitely stay here again. Friendly and helpful staff..also had very quick and easy check-in. I was able to go straight to the condo unit with a door code that was sent to me via email & text.
