Boardwalk 1087 is a beachfront 3-bedroom condo located on the 10th floor in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama, offering stunning views of the white sand beach. Part of the Fresh Bed Program, the property ensures clean, comfortable coverlets for each guest. The cozy living room features coastal décor, while The condo sleeps up to 8 guests. Amenities include a gulf-side pool, sundeck, BBQ area, and convenient access to dining and entertainment, including the Sea-n-Suds restaurant on-site.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN  
Enjoy the view of the beach from the coastal and cozy living room featuring a flat screen television. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and all the essentials needed to make a delicious home cooked meal. There is seating for 6 people at the dining table. There is a full size washing machine and dryer in the condo as well as free Wi-Fi and flat screen televisions throughout.  
  
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS  
This property participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.  
  
Enjoy the unobstructed views from the primary bedroom which has a king size bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds and there is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room which allows this condo to comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

Boardwalk is a timeless Gulf Shores tradition. The 70 unit complex is in the heart of shopping attractions, entertainment and dining including the famous Sea-n-Suds restaurant on-site. While outdoors enjoy the gulf side pool sundeck and BBQ area.  
  
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE  
Monthly rentals available November- March 1st. FREE parking - 2 car maximum. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are permitted. Must be 21 years of age to rent. During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

The location and access to pool and beach are wonderful! The condo itself was not the cleanest upon arrival which I have communicated with the rental agency. We enjoyed the area and the stay though! The building and ammenities are out dated but we liked that there was a security guard on premises. If you have a brand new car pick your parking accordingly, my new car got dinged in the lot because the spots are a little tight.

We came for a quick family getaway. Nicely appointed condo with gorgeous views. All six of us found the beds to be uncomfortable, but that is a preference. Great beach access and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. We would definitely recommend!!!

Unit 1087 was well furnished and well taken care of by the owners and property management. I will definitely use Young’s Suncoast again and book another vacation stay at The Boardwalk Gulf Shores.

#### Absolutely amazing view

Myself and three other dads and our 18 yr old sons stayed at the property. We had an amazing time with plenty of room and accommodations. The balcony overlooking the ocean and just down from the Hangout was my favorite spot to enjoy the views as well as listen to the entertainment at the music festival. The 10th floor wasn't at all an inconvenience with plenty of wheeled carts for our use. We would absolutely recommend this property and the booking staff for anyone's future trips!!
