Create memories that will last a lifetime in Boardwalk 1083, a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, gulf front condo located on the 10th floor. Boardwalk is in the heart of Gulf Shores and has an amazing view of the pearly white sands and gulf waters. Enjoy the views of the beach from the cozy living room featuring a flat screen television and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and all the essentials needed to make a delicious home cooked meal. There is seating for 4 people at the dining table and additional seating for 3 people at the breakfast bar.

Enjoy the unobstructed views from the primary bedroom which has a king size bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom also offers a queen size bed which allows this condo to sleep up to 6 people comfortably. There is a full guest bath with a tub/shower combo in the hall. There is a full size washing machine and dryer in the condo as well as free Wi-Fi and flat screen televisions throughout.

This 70 unit complex is in the heart of shopping attractions, entertainment and dining including the famous Sea-n-Suds restaurant on-site. While outdoors, enjoy the gulf side pool, a sundeck and BBQ area.

You must be at least 25 years of age or older to reserve this vacation rental. This is a non-smoking property. Free Parking with a 2 car maximum. No pets are permitted Monthly rentals accepted November 1 to March 1

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Great condo; poor management practices

The good: The condo was clean and comfortable and the view was gorgeous. The security guards enforce the rules (parking, quiet hours, guest conduct), which we really appreciated. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and Young's Suncoast sent maintenance personnel promptly to resolve the issue. We were traveling with young children so we appreciated the child locks on the front door and balcony doors. We would definitely stay here again based on the condo itself. The bad: The policies and practices of the management company, Young's Suncoast. After booking they emailed a "rental contract" and said I had to sign it. Included in the contract were cancellation and refund policies significantly worse than those we agreed to when we booked through VRBO. I contacted VRBO customer support about the discrepancy and was told I didn't have to sign the rental contract since it contradicted the policies advertised on VRBO at the time of booking. The worst part of the experience was check in. The VRBO listing said check in was at 4 pm. We arrived at 4:15 and still had not been provided with the code to get into the unit. I called Young's Suncoast and was informed that they believe check in "STARTS" at 4 pm, meaning they don't actually have to provide access to your unit at any particular time. So be aware that you may not get access to the unit until hours after the stated check in time based on their insane interpretation of what "check in time" means.
