Welcome to Lighthouse 1207 – Your Summer 2025 Gulf Shores Getaway!

Lighthouse 1207 is a beautifully appointed beachfront condo located directly on the sugar-white sands of Gulf Shores. Situated on East Beach, it’s within walking distance to popular spots like The Hangout, Sea N Suds, and the Pink Pony Pub—close to the fun but away from the West Beach crowds.

Beautiful Condo

This condo is beautiful, very clean and has a great view of the ocean! We loved everything about it! There is plenty of parking for all visitors. The owners are easy to get in contact with and they reply in a timely manner. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time here! The location was good, there were several places within walking distance, and the beach access was perfect. The owners were extremely kind and responded quickly! Enough space for our family of 5 and in laws ❤️

Condo was very nice. Only thing that I would recommend correcting is the sofa! Had to use extra cushions to be able to sit comfortably. Everything else was awesome. Lighthouse Resort is ideally located and amenities are great.

Stayed with wife and 3 kids (21,18,15). Furnished with everything you need. Smart TVs with all the normal apps so you can log into your own accounts and watch your favorite streaming services.

In love with this condo

Clean, nicely decorated condo with spectacular views and wonderful building amenities. The fast elevators made getting to and from the unit easy. Darren & Katie were very responsive and happily answered our questions before and during our stay. We would stay here again!

Property location was great. We have stayed at Ted at another unit in this same complex years ago. The cleaning crew did not due this unit any justice.

Condo, pools and beach was great.this was our first time at gulf shores Alabama and the only we didn't like is we like to eat at restaurants on the beach looking out at the ocean and there wasn't anything like that.

This place was AMAZING!! First time to Gulf Shores. We took our daughters and 4 friends for Hangout Fest. First time in a condo like this and it didn’t disappoint. 12 floors up so the view of the beach was great. It was quiet. Elevators were quick, can’t say enough!!

Family vacation

The Lighthouse was a great location for our family. We enjoyed the property very much. The condo could’ve stood a little extra clean in certain areas but was fine. The master bed was not comfortable at all and we couldn’t wait to get home to our bed. Overall, the owners were easy to work with and our family enjoyed our stay. We had all the kitchen things that we needed- kitchen appliances were nice.

Great stay!

We come back to the Lighthouse every year, and I really enjoyed our stay in this unit. I hope that it's available next year. Being on the 12th floor means that you hear minimal pool noise, and you still get to enjoy a great view. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. The bedding and bathrooms were all very clean. The kids really enjoyed the boogie boards and smart TVs. My complaints are very small. The Keurig needed a deep clean, and The bed and the primary bedroom

End of Summer Getaway

Location was great-convenient to restaurants, stores, etc. Beds were comfortable. Condo could have been cleaner. Utensils had dried food on them. No paper towels provided (as we usually find) and only 1/2 roll of toilet tissue available. No trash can in bathroom. Just small things that we typically find in other condos. Overall very nice get away!

We came as 5 adults and 1 infant for an NAIA race at the Sportsplex. Location of this property was perfect...within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, close to Gulf State Park for walking and hiking, and then obviously right on the beach for easy access to two pools and the beach itself . Communication with Katie and Darren was easy and super detailed which left nothing to wonder about. Even when I could not find the login code for the internet they were gracious in letting me know where it was posted in a kind manner. Check in and check out was smooth. We cooked am and lunch meals in. The kitchen was stocked with every dish we needed and then some. We had to go out and get all the condiments ( salt, pepper, sugar) which some places have but here we needed to buy which was not an issue. Condo itself is clean, beds were super comfy, and overall the condo was spacious and allowed us to enjoy family time together. First time to Gulf Shores and impressed with the overall community and cleanliness of the entire region. First time but hopefully not the last time using this property. Thanks Darren and Katie!
