Beautifully remodeled in Spring 2021! 2 Bedroom and 2 Baths, sleeps 6. 2 king master suites both with private baths and flat screen TVs. Open concept living area with deck access and enjoyable views. Completely stocked kitchen with all the necessities for your vacation. Stack washer and Dryer. Dining area with seating for 4, additional seating for 2 at the bar. Living room with queen sleeper sofa, 40" flat screen TV, DVD player, recliner and swivel rocker for relaxing. Get some sun and relax on the outdoor deck, or enjoy the private covered patio below with your own grill, swing and picnic table. Quick access to private fishing pier and boat ramp on Little Lagoon available to guests of Gulf Village only. Private pool for guests is just steps away. Two private beach access points for guests only across the street. 50 yards and you're on the sand! Shower and hose available to rinse off. Additional private beach front pool available also! Private, reserved, covered parking for 2 cars no additional charge. Beautifully decorated and very affordable.

Warm weather get away

Very nice stay...cottage very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Was a little loud with road traffic one evening but, there was a truck show in town...so to be expected. Looking forward to a return trip.

Quaint ocean view property

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It wasn’t crowded and away from the majority of traffic. It had the perfect access to the beach. We definitely talked about returning to this very location. Danny was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome.

Happy with stay!

We stayed for 2 weeks. We were happy with how clean the condo was which is one of the most important things to us. The King size beds were super comfortable as were the sheets, towels and blankets. Location was great. Easy close walk to the beach. Danny was very nice and easy to work with, would recommend to others.

PERFECT!

Perfect location! They are doing some construction but did not interfere with out trip in any fashion and Danny let us know it was going on. He was quick to respond to any questions and probably the best stocked place we have ever stayed. Well decorated and just a short walk across the street to the beach. Definite will look to stay here again in the future!

Perfect spot

We completely enjoyed our stay! Condo was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed. The bath towels were the cleanest I’ve ever found in a rental! Mattresses were comfortable and we all slept well. The pool was clean and well maintained and at the time of our stay, we had it all to ourselves. I had a question one day and Danny answered promptly. Location is good for walking or a short drive to shops and restaurants. I will stay here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful break from our cold weather!

I will definitely stay again

This was my first time using a service like VRBO. The process was pretty seamless. I had a wonderful time in Gulf Shores and mainly due to this home. It was the perfect size for my family of four. With a one minute walk to the beach, we were separated from the other "Spring Breakers" when we wanted to be, but with the convenience of being logistically close. The owner reached out to me within 24 hours to provide the necessary information. He was polite and accommodating. I definitely will visit Gulf Shores again and hope to stay in this home again.

Gulf Village Condo 10/21 thru 11/2/23

The property was just as described. Very clean, well appointed kitchen, good sized bedrooms. The furniture was very clean and comfortable. Loved the front porch and the space underneath. The condo is in a great location and the rental rate was quite reasonable. Easy drive to Orange beach, Gulf State Park and Pensacola for the National Naval Air Museum and Blue Angels Practice Show, which I recommend highly! The beach across the street was a bit limited, so we found ourselves going to the Gulf State Park Beach. Worth the $10 parking fee for the day. HUGE beach, also pavilions and restrooms. Plenty of restaurants, but some were pricey. The Sunliner Diner had good food and more reasonable prices for a family. If not for the 1,000 mile drive, we would certainly go again!

We will be back

Everything was so clean and everything we needed was there at the condo for us. The beach was a short walk away. We actually loved the location being just a short walk away as opposed to being right on the beach because the activity level was so low during our stay. Also, there was construction going on and we didn’t even notice. Everything was super quiet and so relaxing. We had a couple of issues with how to turn on the TV when we first got there and Danny was so responsive and attentive. He is wonderful! You will not regret staying here it is outside of the main area but literally within 10 minutes from everything. The pool is literally steps away. We had the best time and we will definitely be back. We have already discussed making this a yearly getaway for our family with This condo.
