During this time only "one elevator" will be operational until the modernization is complete.\*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\*The current work hours will be 4 days a week 10 hours a day. Noise will be starting at 7am CT.\*\*\*\*\* Thank you for visiting our Seawind 408 condo in beautiful Gulf Shores. This unit is located on the 4th floor and features beautiful décor and furnishings. We live in Gulf Shores and take pride in caring for our units to ensure our guests have a great experience. We inspect our units frequently and enjoy adding the little touches that make the condo warm and inviting. You can view all our units on our FB page "Gulf Shores Vacation." An oversized beach front private balcony with a panoramic view of emerald green water and white sandy beaches can be accessed from both the living room and master bedroom. You are just steps away from white sandy beaches and warm gulf waters. The Gulf Front balcony is large and includes a table seating for four, two chairs with a small table and a lounge chair. You can watch the sunrise over the gulf waters while you enjoy your morning coffee, watch the dolphins and enjoy glorious sunsets at the end of the day with a spectacular view. The living room is equipped with a queen-size sleeper sofa, recliner and chair. The sleeper sofa has a memory foam mattress making it much more comfortable than the old traditional and uncomfortable spring sofa mattresses that come with most. The living room is also equipped with a large flat screen smart TV, coffee table, two end tables and lamps. The Kitchen includes granite countertops and all stainless appliances including a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric range and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials you need from pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, blender, crockpot, ect. There is a large pantry and lots of cabinets. The laundry room includes full-size washer and dryer plus an ironing board and iron. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, large dresser, two night stands with lamps, flat screen smart TV, walk-in closet and private full size bathroom which includes a walk shower. The sliding glass door opens to the balcony and also features black out drapes. The second bedroom includes a king-size bed, dresser, night stand with lamp and a flat screen smart tv and access to the guest full size bathroom. The third room includes a twin bunks, dresser, night stand with lamp and flat screen smart tv. Seawind offers a heated indoor/outdoor pool, splash pad with fountains for kids, hot tubs, sauna, very nice exercise room overlooking the beach (2) elevators and wireless internet. There are grilling stations located at he building. There is a 2 car max If you would like information on shopping, dining and attractions please feel free to contact us. We have enjoyed many wonderful years in Gulf Shores and would like to help you do the same. We also provide maintenance 24/7 during your stay ensuring that anything that should occur during your stay will be promptly taken care of. Please note Lighthouse is a smoke free building. No smoking on balconies or the common areas. The views are amazing from the nice sized balcony. We loved the location as we could walk to various places if we wanted. We walked to the Hangout, Alvin’s Island. When it was super hot we drove to the Sunliner Diner but it could easily be walked to. We rented beach chairs the first day but there was a chair with umbrella in the condo so we just bought another one (left it there for future users) and used them the rest of the week. We didn’t cook but there were many kitchen items available. When you checkout there is a place to donate non-perishable items. Plenty of room for my husband, myself, 2 adult daughters and one fiancée. There is a great little splash pool if you have little kids and a separate pool also. We were sent a flyer via email, The Mullet Wrapper, that had local events for the time we were going to be there. We were given Sonyas personal number to call if we had questions about restaurants, shopping or activities in the area. Jason called ahead of check in to make us aware of storm that was coming through. Definitely above and beyond anything I have experienced before with renting a property. The unit was clean and well kept. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare and cook meals. Had some beach chairs and an umbrella and even a box fan for us fan sleepers! Location was perfect, walking distance to shopping and food. Beautiful views of the gulf from living room and master bedroom. The splash pad for the littles was an added bonus! Clean and close to everything. Next door to Sea and Suds. Our favorite place for fried crab claws and Bushwackers. Elevators fast. Covered parking tight but plentiful.
