A 2nd parking pass may be purchased. A maximum of 2 cars allowed. Common Areas: Pools Grills This large, spacious condo allows for all the luxuries of home plus the breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Guests can enjoy the spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf that has entries from the living room and master suite and guest bedroom. The large balcony is wonderful for outside dining or just relaxing in the lounge chairs. This condo has 3 spacious bedrooms . The master bedroom is gulf front with a balcony access. The master bedroom has a king bed and master bath attached. The guest bedroom is also furnished with a king bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full mattress on bottom and a twin mattress on top. The bedrooms have 32"-40" flat screen "smart" televisions for our guests to enjoy. The living room provides for an exquisite view of the gulf. There is a large sliding glass door for entry to the balcony. There is a 50" flat screen television In the living room. Guests that enjoy cooking can make themselves at home in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, solid wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The dining room table seats 4 comfortably. There is also a bar for extra seating. The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer, brooms, mops and other cleaning supplies. This location can't be beat! You can take a short walk to the Hangout or Pink Pony Pub to the west or you can walk to the East where you can fish or just take a leisurely walk on the State Pier. The unit offers free wi-fi. Guests may park in the parking area or in the covered garage. The condominium complex offers many amenities including: both indoor and outdoor pools, kids splash pad, hot tubs, sauna/steam rooms, fitness room and grills. There are at least 10 top quality golf courses, several movie theaters, miniature golf courses, lots of restaurants and shopping within minutes of the complex. The Gulf Shores area is family-friendly with many activities for all ages. Please keep in mind that this condo is non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed on the balcony. Pets are not allowed. Only 2 vehicles per unit. Parking Passes are required. One parking pass is included in your reservation. One of the kid beds did have sand in it when we arrived but otherwise everything was perfect. The work out area was very well equipped. Great walking location to everything downtown. The owner was great about communication whenever I had questions. I will say the spots in the parking garage are tiny and we had trouble fitting my Tahoe. There was an issue when we first got there but it was taken care of immediately and the rest of the start was great. There are a few things to note for the property itself. The pool is very small but the one great thing is it has a kid splash pad area that is great for little ones. They was construction going on in the garage during our start so we were not able to use the splash pad as much as we would have liked but it was fine we just stayed longer at the beach. The walkway to the beach is very short which is awesome when you have a ton of things and kids to get to the beach. You have a restaurant right beside making ##### Wendy H. Our only issue was the elevators. Only 2 elevators for the complex and one was never working so there was always difficulty getting an elevator. For a 9th floor unit, the stairs were not always an option. Nothing the owners could do except voice concern to the HOA. ##### Les P. We called about a broken patio door handle on Monday when we arrived. The property person we talked to said it was an HOA responsibility and she would tell them. We left Friday without hearing anything else from anyone. On Thursday, the pool and splash pad were obviously not working but there were no signs posted about them being closed or when they would be open/repaired. And believe the bad reviews about the elevators. There are 2, and most of the time we were there, only one was working. This is a 20 story building with one working elevator. Since everyone has to be out by 10, and cleaners are coming in at 10, the wait for the one working elevator was at least 30-45 minutes and usually more if you had a lot of luggage to get up or down. Add to that people coming and going to the beach and parking lot, and the wait is ridiculous. The condo we stayed in was nice and comfortable but I would never recommend it to anyone because of the elevator and HOA issues. ##### Melinda D. Check in process was easy. We arrived early and the security guard let us access the pool and pool bathroom until we could check in. The location is great with many places to walk to. The beach is beautiful. The indoor/outdoor pool was nice when the weather didn’t cooperate. The pool’s size is a bit deceiving and quite small. There are not many chairs to lay on. The hot tub was on the cool side. These are not things the owner can help but sharing information that I would like to know. ##### Jaclyn L. We just wish the weather was alot warmer! The unit was clean when we arrived. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to prepare a meal. But, we did not cook much! It took some time to figure out the ice and water on the frig. The view was wonderful. We sat out there alot. We even saw dolphins swimming from our balcony. The bathrooms had enough towels for our needs. The living room was a nice size but the furniture was very uncomfortable. The king size beds were great but we did wonder why there was a topper. It made the bed really tall and hard to get into. Suggested improvements 1 walk in shower in one of the bathrooms for us older people 2 One or two extra lay down chairs on the balcony. One is not enough 3 Kitchen towels-we only had one towel and dish cloth ##### Deb C.
