Beautiful condo located on the top floor. Unit is a non-smoking condo that is located across the street from the beach with dedicated beach access. Located 1 mile west of Hwy 59 and minutes to nearby restaurants, shopping, amusement parks, fishing, golf and more. This unit is a non-smoking and no pets allowed unit and is not negotiable. The complex is equipped with two elevators for your convenience, multiple grills, gazebo for picnics and a beautiful pool. Unit has a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful furnishings, 55" TV in living area, TVs in each bedroom, DVD for each TV, XBox360 in living area, books, movies, games and more. If coming with small kids, I would recommend bringing a wagon, but for the three of us we easily hauled everything. The beds were comfortable and the entire condo was very clean and well kept. ##### Tiffany B.
