Located just 4 blocks from the public beaches, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. Spot dolphins from the deck, watch pelicans and cranes, or relax on the bay while taking in the beautiful Gulf Coast scenery. IMPORTANT NOTES You must be 25 or older to book this property. No smoking. No parties or events. PET POLICY This home is dog-friendly. Guests must notify us upon booking if bringing a dog. A pet fee applies. Limit of two small dogs. No other pets allowed. The following breeds are prohibited by association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. The house is in a great location for fishing and the neighborhood is quiet with welcoming neighbors. The house is clean - we love the update to the bathroom, great shower space. The home was just what we needed. Great location, very comfortable and pet friendly. This was our 1 extended stay south of the cold winters in Eastern Kentucky and we wanted to be able to take our Aussie/Doodle with us. He loved our stay there too. Close to the beach and lots of natural beauty. The local restaurants were amazing. Of all the restaurants that we visited we enjoyed the ORIGINAL OYSTER HOUSE the most. Great food, service and decor of the interior were upmost. We had to leave earlier than our originally planned but family issues at home take presidence over everything else. Thanks to SUNSET PROPERTIES for being so thorough in arranging our stay and being able to answer any questions we had before arriving and while we were there. I highly recommend these folks and this location for your stay of any length in this wonderful area. I must add- the locals really know how to put on a fireworks display ringing in the NEW YEAR.
