Welcome to our gulf front condo located in popular Ocean House II. Relax in style with amazing views from the 8th floor! Sleeps 8. When you walk into this open concept floor plan you can't help but be drawn to the magnificent views and large balcony. The largest (HEATED) pool in Gulf Shores and quick boardwalk stroll to the beach is what keeps vacationers coming back!
Living room with sofa sleeper, and Master have access to the oversized balcony with a front and center view of the gulf. Master bedroom offers a king size bed and private bath. Our spacious guest bedroom is great for hosting a room full of children or a family of four, with its own bathroom access as well. Enough comfortable sleeping for 8!!
Guests reserving must be 25 years or older to rent and must be in attendance at this property.
Cancellation-We encourage you to read cancellation policy guidelines found in our terms and conditions at the bottom of our website, the credit card fee will not be reimbursed.

Ocean House II offers a beautiful, LARGEST in the area, ZERO ENTRY HEATED POOL that is accompanied by a view of the gulf.
You will receive a follow up email after you book.
Check-in information and door codes will be sent to the email that was used to book your stay a day prior to your arrival and at noon on the day of your arrival.
Previous guests often leave beach items for others to enjoy. Feel free to leave items you do not wish to take with you as well. Do not take beach items you did not provide as they are an added luxury for future guests. You may want to bring your own beach chairs/toys to ensure you have the items you need as we do not guarantee supplies will be left.
Complimentary STARTER supply of shampoos, soaps, one dish detergent pod, one load of laundry detergent, one toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one trash bag per trash can is provided. You will be responsible for supplying the remainder of supplies needed for the duration of your stay. Our goal is for you to not have to rush to the store to fight the crowds the first night you arrive.

Parking
Parking is $30 CASH per vehicle (2 vehicles allowed per unit). The pass is good for 7 days. If you are staying longer than 7 days, you will need to purchase another pass at the $30.00 rate. This is effective March 1 thru October 31 each year. November thru February will be $30.00 per month. You will pay at the guard shack upon arrival or call 251-504-1717 for additional for parking pass information.
The HOA Board has made the decision to increase the cost of the parking passes to $40.00 each beginning Saturday, June 14, 2025.
Short-term Guests Rate: 7 nights or less is $40.00 per pass. Limit of 2 passes per unit. Cash Only
Monthly Winter Guests: $40.00 per month from November 1 to March 1. If a guest has been staying monthly – November, December, January or February and their stay continues into March, their rate will continue to be $40 for the month of March. Cash Only
