There was no bedding for the cot and sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa is broken and unable to be used. Two of our large group ended up sleeping right on the sofa cushions for the week. The house was immaculate. The layout was perfect for the 6 of us with wonderfully matressed beds and private baths for each bedroom. The kitchen was great to get around in and everything we needed to cook was available. The upper deck had a fantastic view of the bay and the sunsets were amazing. The private pool was a hit. All 6 of us enjoyed the pool with plenty of room to lounge and/or float. The entire house was a perfect setting for what we wanted. Just a stones throw to the beach, we walked there many times during our stay and enjoyed the sand and surf! There was also countless restaurants within a short drive and many places to shop for souvenirs. We loved this single family house and will rent it again the next time we head to the coast. ##### Paul C.
