The Space: This 237sf efficiency is the perfect spot if you re looking for an inexpensive getaway to the beach. The Beachview building sits at 200 East Beach Boulevard and is directly across the street from Gulf Shore s main public beach, The Hangout and Pink Pony Pub. The building has a dedicated parking spot and you re literally walking distance to everything in the heart of Gulf Shores. Unit 216 has a separate bedroom with a full-sized bed and TV. There s also a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room with a second TV, so you can sleep 4 comfortably. The unit does NOT have a kitchen, but does have a refrigerator, microwave, sink and coffee pot for your convenience. For a quick and easy getaway to the beach, this is the perfect spot. Drop off your bag, pack your cooler and stroll over to the beach for a day of sun, sand and surf. The bed in the condo is supposed to be a queen but it’s a full size (I measured).
