It's also one of the most private and well-equipped homes you can find in this area! You can enjoy the unparalleled serenity of being on the beach and yet be within minutes of the substantial amenities that have come to pass in the Gulf Shores and the Panhandle. Golf courses abound, water sports thrive, fishing is world-class (with charter boats readily available from local captains), and amusement and theme parks of a substantial nature are all available. This dog-friendly home hosts a large, beachfront deck on the front of the cottage and is perfect for enjoying the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets! Work on your tan on one of the beach chairs and rocking chairs, catch up on that novel you brought along, or simply take a midday nap. Inside, this coastal gem offers an inviting living room with comfortable furniture, a flatscreen TV with cable with approximately 45 channels (and growing!), and carpeted floors. Let your friends chill and unwind while you put on the chef's apron and treat them to an unforgettable meal prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen. It's complete with all the essentials, including two coffee makers (standard and Keurig) and a dishwasher. The first level of the home hosts two well-equipped bedrooms and a shared full bath. As clean as the cleaning crew could make a house with torn and worn out carpet at the beach. The floors need to be updated so that you feel comfortable in your stay. The carpet is also coming apart at the seems in many places. A general updating would help make this property a real gem to stay in. We also had trouble with the stool getting stopped up and had to use the plunger that was supplied several times. The location is great as you are close to town as well as several good places to eat. The property is just as shown in the photos and description, it's not luxurious, but is well furnished and comfortable. The location on the beach is wonderful. We were fortunate to be staying during the time the Blue Angels are in town practicing daily- what a thrill to watch them from the deck! We cooked daily and had everything we needed. ##### Shelly R.
