Within the resort, you'll even have access to such wonderful shared amenities as 635 feet of private beach, two zero-entry outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, and a fitness center with a sauna.

What's nearby:
Right near the center of Gulf Shores, The Lighthouse Resort sits just over half a mile east of Highway 59 (where you'll find Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, among countless other attractions). A variety of highly regarded restaurants, including The Hangout Gulf Shores and Picnic Beach, are within walking distance, as is Gulf State Park, where you can go walking, kayaking, or fishing. The Craft Farms Golf Club is five miles north, the Gulf Shores Sports Complex is one mile beyond, and Big Wave Dave's, The Flying Harpoon 2, and The Flora-Bama are all within a quick drive.

Great view but dated and buggy

Views were amazing and space was great for our family. Condo is very dated and needs updating. Kitchen is not fully stocked but very limited. The worst part are the roaches. Complained and was told they were leftovers that didn’t get sprayed. No beach towels or beach chairs/toys. Will look elsewhere next time we visit Gulf Shores

Perfect spot

The room is amazing it looks exactly like the list very spacious and comfortable for our group. The only down falls were the door key pad getting in is very difficult to use we had to put the code in several at least 4 times before its let us in. And the couch wasnt put together it came apart everytime someone would sit on it. Other than those small things our stay was amazing location very 10 out of 10

Loved the views from the Penthouse. Elevators super fast. Lots of luggage carts. Keyless entry. Ice to purchase on site AWESOME!! Easy access to pool and beach. Great parking. Great property.

Family vacay 2023

Our 2nd time to rent this penthouse. Perfect accommodations for our needs, 4 BR, 4 Bth, every family had their own bedroom and private bath. Open concept kitchen/dining and family room. Quick elevator service and plenty of parking. The pool area is perfect for little ones with a wade-in pool deck. We did have an incidence with someone sideswiping our car in the parking garage but that wasn't held against the Lighthouse. Perfect accommodations for us. Thanks, and until next year.....

1. I have several pictures that I need to send to someone of issues that we found upon arrival 2. Fridge had nothing in the door to hold anything in. Ice machine did work 3. Need better knives 4. Disappointed in the penthouse

We cousins spent extra money to enjoy "the penthouse". This penthouse is in dire need of updating. The sofa was so dirty we had to put towels down to sit. The bathrooms were moldy and outdated; the balcony had 3 lounge chairs but the cushions were torn and unusable. We were very disappointed.

Stunning Ocean Views

Great location on beach and for eating places. Unfortunately the condo was very dirty. It also needs updating. Beds are old as well as the sheets. Washer had something like grease and ruined some of our clothes. Pools were very well maintained, ample parking, and the beach is just beautiful.

This condo offers a beautiful view of the gulf. We did not feel the cleaning people had done a great job. Dirty dishes found in cabinet. Carpet under dining room table was dirty with pieces of food. Most of the dishes can not be used in the microwave.

The property was very nice - top floor with a great view of the Gulf. The rooms accommodated our family and the condo was large enough for 6 adults. We did not experience any issues during our stay but any contacts/questions we had were addressed timely. The condo's pools, hot tubs, gym, and beach access were excellent. The only recommendation would be to add microwavable dishes

Hard review to write

This property is in a great location. Great access to shops and grocery stores! We loved the balcony - very spacious and had plenty of seating! The view was breathtaking. Plenty of inside seating in the living room and dining room. Great counter space. The beds were pretty comfortable and the rooms were adequate. When I needed to contact the property manager, I got immediate responses. That was very appreciated. The 2 pools were very big and clean! Loved the edge seating inside the pools. Made it easy to hang out. Plenty of chairs to go around. Here's what we were disappointed in with the condo: The TV was not a smart TV. We needed to purchase a Roku to watch Netflix, etc - I do not remember seeing this in the listing that we needed to provide this. The pots and pans were well overused. You couldn't even make over easy eggs! They stuck so bad to the pan - no matter how much butter you add. All the appliances as a whole - (in our opinion) are outdated. The bathrooms needed to be scrubbed more. The grout was not pleasant to look at, let alone take a shower in. There was the presence of water bugs(?) on the balcony at night (the only time we saw them) I was told that this is due to all the rain they've had. But in my 4 years coming to Alabama - we've never experienced those. It was disappointing not really being able to use the balcony at night. One of the toilet's had a handle / chain going bad (had been for a long time - totally rusted through) I had to go into the tank to flush the toilet. Luckily, we had maintenance in for another issue and they replaced the handle quickly. There were no: beach chairs, beach toys or beach towels provided. There are no umbrellas down at the pool areas. It would've been nice to get out of the sun when needed. I know it sounds like we were harping on the condo bad. But when I read reviews for potential stays, this is the info I am looking for. And to see if it's something that we can deal with or not. With the amount of money we paid to stay here, it was disappointing.

Last get away before summer

This condo was perfect for four couples as we each had our own space. There was water fun for everyone pool and beach right outside the door. We loved our balcony with ocean view and pelicans flying over head all day. We had direct contact with Marie who was amazing answering all of our questions throughout our stay.

Great Location, Minor Inconveniences

Location was amazing and the overall condo suited our needs perfectly. But there was a bathroom that was not working for the duration of our stay and the mattresses in the main bedrooms were so hard and uncomfortable, it made sleeping difficult. Other than that, we would stay at this location again, but probably not in this particular condo.
