It was nice to be able to go between the pool and beach easily. The owner was also very helpful and responsive, and she brought a stool for my toddler to be able to use the sinks easily. Online it states parking available on property. No, I did not read the fine print after we made reservations, reading where it stated, must purchase parking pass. The pool was not cleaned the time we stayed. We wanted to swim in the pool since the beaches were closed, the pool was dirty, so we did not get to swim. The room was good. I looked for small pots, a pizza cutter and other items, most VRBO places we have stayed in the past supply most of the items. This one seemed to not supply as much. The hot water ran out quickly, so did not get a hot shower while there, luke warm at best. One door in the kitchen had a small table in front of it.
