This 3/2 condo is beachfront in Gulf Shores and is just steps to the beach! With only 36 units, and 6 units per floor, you will enjoy this low density, family friendly complex. THE SPACE: Enjoy this updated condo nestled right on the beach. The living room is spacious and comfortable with a slider to the balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with both a Keurig and regular coffee makers. For dining, there is room for 6 at the table and 4 at the kitchen bar. The master bedroom has an ensuite full bath with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom hosts the stacked washer and dryer. The third bedroom has bunk beds for the little ones. The second bath in the hall features a tub/shower combo. There are smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms. Please note that the TVs in the unit are Smart TVs. Cable is not included, and guests will need to login to their own streaming/cable services through the TV's many apps. Wi-Fi and cable are complimentary! Keyless entry makes for easy access for the family. Loved the location-right on the beach and alot of time spent enjoying the view from our balcony. Condo had everything we needed. Booking, check-in/out were all easy! One small problem we encounter was the laundry area set up in a bedroom closet - the dryer vented into the room, so after one load of laundry we moved on to using the shared laundry facilities on that floor, which worked great.
