This Gulf-front property is located less than a mile west of the heart of Gulf Shores, within walking distance of local eateries. You'll find Highway 59 one mile east, allowing you to visit Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, and local hot spots like The Hangout with ease. The pristine landscapes of Gulf State Park are two miles east, the Gulf Shores Golf Club is four miles north, and The Wharf - a favorite among locals for great shopping and dining - is seven miles northeast.

Overpriced and Not as Pictured

The room had a good air conditioner, the coffee maker and microwave were new, the beds were comfortable and we liked the location to the beach but it was definitely not as pictured and we feel like was over priced for what you get. There were no blankets on the beds (just sheets), there were dirty dishes in the cabinets and drawers, one cabinet door fell off anytime it was touched, there was a leak in the refrigerator, there was what looked like mold on the ceilings, 2 broken lights in one bathroom, one bathtub didn’t drain and you couldn’t plug it to take a bath and the other had water coming out of the shower head and the faucet at the same time, the door to go to the balcony from the bedroom had a broken handle, the door to go to the balcony from the living room was really hard to open and had a piece of trim laying outside the door with screws in it facing up, the closet door in one bedroom wouldn’t open, some of the burners on the stove didn’t work, there was no broom or vacuum in the unit to clean up sand or anything, in one bedroom none of the outlets worked and the knobs to turn the lamps off and on fell off, the blinds in that bedroom were also broken and if it wasn’t for a screen on the outside people could see right in it, and the tv in the master bedroom wouldn’t work.

Don’t waste your money.

Do NOT rent this unit. BLACK MOLD throughout the ceiling (painted over), rusty outdoor furniture, dirty/stained indoor furniture, broken cabinet doors, boards with nails sticking out of them on the floor, broken front door frame, beds barely held together, cigarette burns on the sinks, bugs in the lights/medicine cabinet, no general cleaning supplies in the unit, no blankets on the beds, broken clothes drawers, glass doors don’t open without a LOT of effort, the bedroom door handle broke when we tried to open it, the living room door will lock you out unless someone else is inside to let you back in, the kitchen fits one person in it, the kitchen table looks like it’s been run through the cartel drug dealing operation. It’s gross. It’s all gross. The pool guy was aggressive and smoked more cigarettes than a tobacco factory, the carts to bring our stuff up were broken, like Walmart has better carts on a bad day than this place, the rug in the living room was worse than a rug in a crack house, DISGUSTING. We walked around with our shoes on like we were in jail. The pans in the kitchen have to be held at an angle to cook because the handles are warped. The tvs are about 24”, give or take, the remote to the living room only works if you smack it…and make a wish. The worst waste of money we have ever spent. OH, the elevator inspection also expired while we were there (by a FEW days.) The Vacasa rep walked in our unit WITHOUT knocking to give us our parking passes.

There were a few things that needs repairs in the room but over all was nice great views. Be sure to bring your own blankets there were none in the room just sheets but they were all clean. I would stay again.

Very disappointed — coffee maker did not work and never got resolved even after texting and calling. Place was run down — several outlets not working, paint pealing, tvs all disconnected from cable. Will never stay here again and avoid using Vacasa.

Overall good time

This property was not bad, just outdated. There was an odor that smelled like an old house. Once we got some plug in air fresheners and spray that was better. Everything appeared to be clean though. Location and beach access was great. Sliding door to balcony was rigged with a screw preventing it from opening so access to balcony was only available through the master bedroom. Washing machine sounded like it was on its last leg but got clothes clean nonetheless.

Fair property

Overall no specific complaints. Property could definitely use some TLC. It is in a great location and does provide the basics for a beach getaway. The tubs do not have drain stoppers, so they essentially function as showers only. Kitchen is not well-equipped with utensils and the like. Also property does not provide wash rags. Again, the property provides a place to sleep within feet of the Gulf, so for the price it is a good value.

Don’t believe what you see!!

This place is in serious need of repair and updates. Elevator was broken 2 out of 3 day stay. Had to climb 4 flight of stairs to get to room. Entire unit had mold smells and especially around vents. Bugs in kitchen and bathroom. Beds were horrible!!! Patio table rusted beyond being able to use. Was advertised as ocean front, it is NOT. There is a view but not ocean front. Highly upset about this place!! Cost definitely not worth it!!!

Nice place for a beach trip.

This was a nice place to stay for our family vaca. We appreciated the multiple bathrooms and laundry room! We had a little confusion about parking as we were left a parking pass with someone else’s name on it, but it ended up working out. This Is a great location with close beach access. Would stay here again.

Fabulous !

We enjoyed our stay. Access To the beach was awesome . We enjoyed seeing the Dolphins in the morning. The only thing the condo was missing was a broom to clean up the sand. Thanks we look forward to coming back.

Dirty!!

We expected this place to be older and out dated with the pictures but this was literally the Worse place to stay. For the amount of money this place is trash! The smell when you first walk in is gross. I had to call and get trash cans and lightbulbs. The tub for the kids didn’t hold water and the master bathroom tub smelled so much like pee it was disgusting. The liner was gross and the actual curtain smelled like pee also. Zero water pressure in the kitchen, I had to go to the bathroom to wash bottles/sippys. On day 3 my baby woke up completely covered in bites. Not sure where that came from. Called and asked for a manager. They told me to leave a message and no one ever returned my call. It took 4 days to get light bulbs put in the master. In the room with double beds the blinds don’t close all the way. Some of the electrical outlets don’t even have covers. The DVD player was broke. Some of the lights don’t have covers on the ceiling. And my toddler could fit through the railing on the balcony. The dryer also has to run several times to even begin to dry. It was literally the worse week ever. Many people I talked to at the pool was also disgusted with rooms. Oh and the pool. Not kid friendly at all! I’m well over 5ft and could barely touch in the 4ft area. So my son who is almost 4ft could only touch on the bottom step. My list could Go on and on. We will never stay there or rent through Kieser realty ever again. What a joke!

Nice location, condo needs love

We had a nice time here & beach access and pool were great for kids. Condo was clean, just showing age. Could use nicer patio set up (rusty furniture and paint peeling on railing). The main maintenance issues were extremely low water pressure in the kitchen (made washing up difficult), but bathrooms/showers were fine. Expect to run the dryer 2-3 times to get things dry. Nice that parking was included! Close to everything.
