This cozy retreat comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features partial views of both the Gulf and the lagoon from three balconies, just steps from the beach. Designed for family fun and relaxation, Beach Time offers a primary bedroom on the first floor with a king bed and a bathroom featuring a garden tub and standalone shower. Upstairs, you’ll find a guest bedroom with a queen bed, another with two twin beds, and a second full bathroom for convenience. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, spacious decks, Wi-Fi, and a VCR/DVD player, making it easy to relax and enjoy your stay. Outside, the fenced private saltwater pool provides a perfect spot for swimming or lounging, and a grilling area under the house allows for easy outdoor dining. Three balconies let you soak in the coastal breeze and enjoy partial Gulf and lagoon views. Parking is simple with covered spaces beneath the home and additional non-covered spaces in the driveway. In the evenings, relax on the large balcony listening to the waves or take a short walk across 12th Street to enjoy the sunset on the beach. Whether you’re planning a family vacation or a getaway with friends, Beach Time provides the ideal mix of comfort, convenience, and Gulf Coast charm. You must be 25 or older to book this property. No smoking, no parties or events. This home is dog-friendly for small dogs only, limit one dog, 35 lbs or less. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday between 9-5\. YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE. The pool was a very welcome addition. The location is great- beach access is very easy once you have the lay of the land. Our only issue, which has nothing to do with the owners, is that we visited over spring break and the rental property next door happened to house a group of loud spring-breakers partying until 1am each night which sometimes made getting my kids to sleep an issue. Again, not an issue with the property owners, but something to be aware of during the Spring Break period. I'd love to come again outside of spring break. ##### Jacob M. Séjour de 6 nuits en avril 2021 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Beth R. 16 nov. 2020 #### Terrible Customer Service Ruined Vacation Due to hurricane Sally, we did not stay at this house; however, we stayed at a different home managed by the same company (Blue Dolphy in Fort Morgan) and had a terrible experience working with this management company. Prior to our trip, the company, Sunset Properties, would not respond to messages sent on Vrbo. When the hurricane hit and the entire area was closed to visitors, the company refused to refund our trip and would only rebook us at a different property. We had to change to a new home, and rearrange our work schedules to accommodate new dates, since we weren’t able to cancel our trip. Sunset Properties rebooked us in a new property in Fort Morgan and ensured there would be a pool accessible. A private pool was very important to us because of covid and our two small children. We were rebooked in a home that had a community pool (not private) and the SP representative assured us the pool would be open during our stay. This house cost less but SP refused to refund the difference. We were told that Fort Morgan was accessible and close to places for coffee, food, etc. When we got to our property we were extremely disappointed. The pool was not open, the WiFi didn’t work, and we were 19 miles from the Gulf Shores area. We spoke to SP representatives several times during the first week of our stay. They would not consider any type of refund, a change in properties, or other options for pool use. Everyday a rep would tell us she would call back with more information or have a superior call back, yet we would never hear from them again unless we called them back. One representative told us they had gone back to listen to previous phone calls and admitted that they had told us the pool would be available, and even after this, they offered us no other options. During the second week of our stay, the Gulf was far too wavy for our children to swim safely, so without a pool, they were not able to go in the water. The WiFi in the house was also out for the duration of our stay. While someone did come by to check it several times, it never stayed connected for more than 15 minutes. The router was not in our unit so we were unable to reset it unless someone from SP came out to fix it. This made it impossible to do any work from the house and raised our phone bills for the two weeks we were there. Overall, the Fort Morgan beach was very nice; however, dealing with Sunset Properties derailed our vacation and we would never rent from them again. ##### Beth R. The house was fine for our 4 adults and 2 children. The downstairs bed is definitely the most comfortable. The house did not have toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, coffee filters are any other type of basic item so make sure to bring it along or be prepared to buy it locally. ##### Lisa H.
