This newly renovated property offers spacious accommodations, modern amenities, and stunning Gulf views, making it the perfect destination for your dream vacation. Situated directly across the street from the beach on West Beach Blvd, the Sweet Dreams House boasts a prime location with convenient access to Gulf Shores. Step inside and discover a haven of comfort and relaxation, where every detail has been thoughtfully designed to ensure an unforgettable stay. On the East side of the duplex, you'll find ample space to accommodate up to 19 guests. This side features 4 bedrooms, including 1 King bed, 4 Queens, 1 Twin, and 2 Full-Over-Twin bunk beds, providing plenty of sleeping options for large families or groups. Additionally, there are 2 Queen sofa sleepers available for extra guests. With 2 living rooms and 2 full kitchens, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Each living room is equipped with flat-screen TVs, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Enjoy Gulf views from the comfort of your home away from home. The highlight of the Sweet Dreams House is undoubtedly the large private pool and deck area. Spend your days lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and cooling off with a refreshing swim. The pool features built-in seating, two ladders for easy access, and measures 16x32 feet with a depth of 3.5-5.5 feet, making it one of the nicest pools in Gulf Shores. On the West side of the duplex, accommodations are equally inviting, with space for up to 11 guests. This side features 4 bedrooms, including 2 King beds, 1 Queen, and 1 Full-Over-Twin bunk bed, as well as a Queen sofa-sleeper. Relax in the spacious living room equipped with a 50-inch TV, or whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Both sides of the duplex offer modern amenities such as washer and dryer units, flat-screen TVs, and covered parking. A barbecue grill is also available for outdoor cooking, and the extra-long driveway provides ample parking space for multiple vehicles. This unit is dog-friendly! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for guests bringing a dog. Please notify our office in advance if you plan to bring one. This unit allows a maximum of two dogs. Most beaches in the area do not allow dogs, but there is a dog-friendly beach down Fort Morgan. There is public beach access to the west of the property at 13th Street and is only a 6 minute walk. CLEAN BED PROMISE Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest. MONTHLY RENTALS The property does not offer monthly rentals. It was located a short walk to the beach, you could pay and park as well. My only constructive feedback was the pool upon arrival was destroyed. The hosts were very responsive and had someone come back out the next day and clean the pool but there was trash from the previous guests outback including discarded broken toys and such. But this meant we couldn’t use the pool upon arrival or the next day. We ended up cleaning up the trash and broken toys ourselves. Just seems this would be part ofGetting the house ready for the next guests.We also had an issue with the previous guests pet waste but the property owner fixed immediately. Two of the dryers were not working. Other than those items, I thought the house was overall very clean upon arrival and the hosts were very responsive when we had issues. ##### Christine K. There are definitely some maintenance issues that need attention, like two of the three dryers getting fixed or replaced, the burners on the stove in the west side only worked on the left side, and the big umbrella for the pool area table was broken. Definitely be prepared to purchase all necessities (toiletries, dish soap or pods, papertowels, toilet paper, etc.), but they do tell you that before your arrival. Responses to texts were quick which I appreciated. Unfortunately the maintenence person didn't make it while we were there but hopefully the dryers get fixed before the next large group stays. We had five vehicles and had enough space to park, there was lots of area to sit outside even when raining, and the house was big enough to occupy all the kiddos when the weather wasn't so great. Overall I was happy with the stay, and would have given a higher rating if we didn't experience some of the maintenance issues. ##### Mandy B. A bed on the top floor was broken and the young person who used it had to move the mattress to the living area to sleep and one bed smelled like urine on the same floor, on the main floor a fridge continued to leak water all over on the floor. There were only one set of towels for each person so we had to go buy some. A dryer on the second floor didn’t work. The lock on the door on the top floor you couldn’t get back in since the code wouldn’t work or close it from the inside unless someone was pushing from the outside. The furniture in the living areas were very uncomfortable and old. ##### Carla M. There was plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and had plenty of different dishes to use for meals. The pool was a nice extra, the water is still kind of chilly but the kids didn’t mind! The beach is about a 5 min walk if you exit to the left of the property a couple min more if you use the access to the right. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely look to book again in the future. There were some small issues with no TVs on the middle floor working and the WiFi password not working. We just let it go because it wasn’t a necessity. ##### Cassa K. It gave us multiple places to hang out and get away for someQuiet time . Everything is brand new the kitchens and bathrooms are nice . We had 30 people and everyone had a place to sleep. There is one room listed as a bedroom that is used to get to the 3rd floor. We still made that room work because we put the teens on the 3rd floor and after a certain time they had to go around and use the outside stairs. The pool was great and one of the main reasons why we booked this property. We liked the fact that there were 2 kitchens on the 2nd level. There were a lot of us so we had two spaces to prep food. When we would eat, we did have to use both dining areas. They are seperated by a wall but we would just go back and forth. There was also plenty of parking. Getting to the beach was about a 5 minute walk. Only 2 things that I would say for improvement is that some of the furniture was outdated. The patio furniture was ruaty in places. And the floor made your feet socks turn black at the bottom. Overall the property was great and accommodated our large family. It allowed us to eat, sleep, and enjoy each others company which is what we wanted. ##### Olivia G. Our family’s first time fir Christmas at the coast. We were glad to have a place to stay close to the beach. The kitchen had the bare minimum of utensils. Nice amount of tableware. There was literally 4 skillets in the entire house (including all 3 kitchens), one living room couch was completely broken, all of the outside furniture was either broken or rusted. One of the tables had a bandage on the corner to prevent from cutting yourself on the rusted corner. There was cheesy Christmas lights on the banister that did not work, no lights near the pool area, when you walked barefoot on the floors they turned your feet literally black. The bedroom and bathrooms were the only good features of the house. When we did call for a concern maintenance did respond very quick. ##### Cody S.
