Beach Club Doral 1002 has everything your family needs! From this 10th floor corner condo, you will enjoy a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico and a sandy white beach from the living room, dining area, kitchen and balcony! Special features include 2 HDTVs, 2 DVD players, sofa sleeper, a recliner, and WIFI. Relax in the beautiful Gulf Side Doral pool and hot tub or stroll down the boardwalk to the endless beach far from the crowds. The owner is a member of The Clubhouse, so guests may access amenities, see details below. This condo is great for families or a couple! The king master bedroom privately adjoins the master bath. The half bath is located in the hall area and is convenient for all. The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed for meal preparation. The appliances are full size and includes a dishwasher. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, hand mixer and can opener are provided. The washer/dryer is conveniently located in the utility area. Bed, sofa sleeper, bath and kitchen linens are provided. Bring your beach towels. A "One Day" supply of these basic items are stocked for your convenience: paper towels, dish washing detergent, clothes detergent, trash bag, toilet tissue, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Please bring your make up removal wipes to preserve the linen. Without additional fees, you may patron the fine dining restaurant and bar, with outdoor dining, located on the second floor of The Clubhouse and the salon and spa on the first floor of The Clubhouse. Also, you may patron the casual sports bar and restaurant, ice cream/coffee bar, and the beach supply and apparel shop near the entrance of the property. Seasonally, a tram runs throughout the property, but you may enjoy the scenic walk and stop off a very nice playground with slides and swings. Bring your bicycles or pack a basket ball; there is a basketball goal on the West end of the property. Also, you may rent beach loungers, pay for parasailing and other activities on the beach at the club desk. Loungers with umbrella rental prices vary based on the number of setups and days rented. However, inexpensive beach chairs and items can be purchased locally, but are not supplied by the owner. The owner of D1002 is a member of The Club, so the clubhouse private amenities are available with a daily fee which is to be paid in person at The Club Desk for the days you choose, if any. The price varies based on the number of days used, but usually averages about $30.00 per day per condo, not per person. Enjoy a Gulf View from the club's private amenities: Indoor pool, outdoor community pool with seasonal entertainment, hot tub, tiki bar and grill, and fitness center. The private amenities, also, include: Access to the luxurious separate ladies and gentlemen locker rooms with showers and saunas, world class clay tennis courts, children's activities, other poolside events and use of basketballs for the courts. The lodging was perfect for our small family, and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. I especially loved that there were no buildings to the right—just serene, rolling sand dunes. If you take this trip, I highly recommend waking up early to hunt for seashells and staying up late to watch the crabs come out. It’s a magical experience!This place is truly a hidden gem along the coastline—a peaceful little nook perfect for relaxation. It's located well away from the hustle and bustle of major tourist attractions, so if you're hoping to be in the heart of the action, this might not be the spot for you. Looks like it had recently updated appliances. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Showers were great. The club its self was clean and landscaping was superb. Pools and hot tubs were clean and working. Beach access was easy. Washer and dryer was great. Shower was clean and had great pressure. The 10th floor balcony view was incredible. Elevators (4) looked new and were all in service. Never waited more than a 45 seconds to a minute. Very clean and stocked pool side bathrooms was a great addition. The shower was tile was moldy and rusted out and the shower curtain was all moldy as well. The entire toilet was loose and wobbly from the floor. You would have thought these things would have been noticed and taken care of by the cleaning staff that had just left the condo. Not enough cooking equipment in the kitchen. I would absolutely return to the complex again just not to this particular condo. ##### Irina O. The beds were super comfortable, the view was amazing, and the place had everything we needed. We loved the easy access to pool and beach. We stayed for 6 nights and never had an issue with noise in the building. This had nothing to do with the room but we think it’s worth noting…the restaurants on site were not that great. We had better experiences at local restaurants around the Foley and Gulf Shores area. However, the outside activities and nighttime atmosphere was great for the kids at the Village. The property manager emailed me and I responded on two different occasions and never heard back from her. The red recliner in the condo smelled like pee. My husband sat in it and had to change clothes he stunk so bad. We could not use it. The comforter on the bed was nasty and stained. Someone just put another sheet over it so you couldn't see it. The cleaning staff really needs to step it up. ##### Michelle H. When we arrived, the unit had a keurig only machine but one text to housekeeping and they brought us a regular coffee maker the next day. Never saw the recliner type chair on balcony so no way to put up feet. But great pots and pans and other kitchen supplies. Knives are a bit dull. But that did not dull the trip at all. Plenty of dolphins to see. Great weather and it wasn’t too crowded at all. Very lovely time. ##### Karen W.
