During this project, there will be no handicap parking spaces available at Avalon. Specific balconies may be out of commission for some periods of time during the project. Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Work on Saturdays will only occur with express permission, typically if weather delays require adjustment. Expect noise as well as debris and potentially redirected paths at the Avalon Tower. Pools will remain open during construction. Work will pause for Thanksgiving week (November 21-30). Work will resume December 1 A205 is managed by Pam Martin, Realtor, with Keller Williams Alabama Gulf Coast. This luxury two-bedroom condo is located on the second floor of the Avalon Tower at The Beach Club with a direct view of an endless sugar white sand beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! The sparkling Avalon pool, hot tub, and wading pool are just steps away from the condo. The living room and master bedroom each have a full glass wall with a sliding glass door adjoining the balcony. Your days and nights will be filled with sunshine and moonlight while you enjoy spectacular views dining or lounging on the spacious balcony. The living area is so pleasing you may be tempted to lounge all day in front of the HDTV and soak up the view! The kitchen has granite and all appliances including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, cookware and most small appliances. You can enjoy elegant dining with meals prepared in this kitchen or get take-out if you prefer! The king master bedroom has a flat screen HDTV and DVD player and privately adjoins a double vanity bathroom with a jetted tub with a shower and a walk-in closet. The guest room is equipped with a queen on bottom and a full on top bunk bed (Sleeps 4 in this room) and a flat screen HDTV and DVD player and privately adjoins a full bath with a shower/tub combo. There is a half bath conveniently located in the hallway near the entry area. The owner has provided an electric grill on the balcony. The owner of A205 is a member of The Beach Club so you will have access to the many private amenities with a daily fee of approximately $40 per day for your entire party not per person, which you pay at the club desk for only the days you choose. The private amenities include: An indoor pool and luxury locker rooms with saunas, a fitness center, a game room, outdoor pool with seasonal poolside entertainment and Tiki Bar and Grill, world class clay tennis courts, a tennis instructor, and scheduled children's activities. You will have access (without the daily fee) to the Club Spa and Salon, and the fine dining restaurant and full bar located upstairs in the Clubhouse. Both have an outside patio with a beautiful gulf view. Or take the tram to the restaurant and bar near the entrance of the resort. There is onsite shopping for beach attire, souvenirs, and toys right next to an ice cream shop! Bring your basketball, there are goals in the West Parking area! We found dried food on the eating and cooking utensils, dirty glasses and coffee mugs. There was an area in the kitchen with a dirty mop, and dirty (used) plunger in a trash bag. There is a large dead bug on the floor near the tv and an old bandaid was stuck to a blanket taken from the closet. I ran the spa tub with cleaner and hot water before using it, and so much muck came out it created a ring in the tub. We didn’t use it. Tons of dusty fake plants and decorations. Nice unit, just not clean if that’s important to you. The property was nice, the elevators were quick, the pool area was nice, and the view is beautiful. The issues I had was the primary bedroom mattress was horrible, and the AC was not working correctly. I would also, recommend more nicer towels and washclothes, those are easy things to include for the price. Beautiful view of the ocean over the pool, even from the 2nd floor. Access to the pool and beach is very quick and easy (the unit is located right near the elevator and the pool is maybe 150ft from the lobby). It had plenty of room for our family, including lots of closet and pantry space. Kitchen was stocked with appliances and dish wear but bring your own papertowls/napkins and soaps. The Beach Club (the name of the entire resort) was clean, easy to get around, and everyone was friendly. Only downside is that some of the amenities are gated behind a wristband you have to pay extra for, which seemed maybe a bit pricey for what I feel should be include with the stay. There’s a restaurant and shops on site, but Gulf Shores is maybe 20 mins away if you want variety. We had a great time, and would absolutely recommend staying here. ##### Jon S.
