No smoking, no pets, min age to book is 25 Avalon 1406, a spacious, luxury three bedroom/three & a half bath condo with a Direct Gulf and beach view, is located on the 14th floor of the Avalon Tower at The Beach Club. The spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico can be enjoyed from the balcony, living room, dining room and the master bedroom & master bath! The balcony overlooks the sugar white beach, Avalon pool, wading pool and hot tub! WIFI is accessible in the condo and throughout the grounds. The living room is furnished with a sofa sleeper, a large TV and two chairs. The adjoining dining area seats 6 at the table and 3 at the kitchen counter bar. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. There is a stack washer/dryer in the utility closet. The bedding arrangement is King, Queen, 2 twin beds and a sofa sleeper. The beds, sofa, kitchen and bath linens are provided along with adequate kitchen and bath amenities designed only for the guest's first night needs. You should bring what you might need for the duration of your stay. OWNER PROVIDES BABY ITEMS: A PACK N PLAY, A HIGH-CHAIR, AND A STROLLER! No need to rent or bring them. Without any additional fees, you will have access the beautiful pool, hot tub, wading pool, and restrooms at the foot of the tower, plus access to the boardwalks, playground, basketball courts, charcoal grills and tram services. Additionally, you may patron the salon and fine dining restaurant and bar, with gulf view, at the clubhouse, and you may patron the sports bar & grill with an arcade, beach & apparel shop, coffee and ice cream shops near the entrance of the resort. You may have access to The Clubhouse's private amenities with a daily fee of approximately $45.00 per day which covers your entire party, not per person. Upon arrival, you could request a tour of the Club's amenities and schedule of event during your stay and pay only for the days you choose, if any. The Clubhouse's private amenities include: Luxurious separate Ladies & Gentle-men's locker rooms with saunas, showers and a changing area, a fitness center with a gulf view, an indoor pool with a gulf view, a beach side pool with seasonal entertainment and a Tiki bar & Grill, a game room, children's activities, tennis courts. Beach loungers with umbrellas, beach rental equipment, parasailing and other seasonal activities are available at the club, but is separate from the daily fee mentioned above. Booking and arriving will be so easy! We have stayed at The Beach Club in Gulf Shores numerous times over the years. Each time has been wonderful, and this time was no different. We love the location, and all the amenities. The beach is beautiful in that area, and the property is well maintained. The first day the pools needed maintenance and the staff got right on it, and had them sparkling the next day. The staff is always friendly, and helpful. Our condo was extremely well kept with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. It fit our needs perfectly with two boys and two girls. I do not remember ever having a bad stay at The Beach Club in Gulf Shores, and if something needed attention the staff or property owner fixed it ASAP. ##### Brandon S. We enjoy all it offers, on-site dining and two bars, food trucks and live music, multiple pools, tiki bar and great beaches. The condo was nice. We had to move some of the decorations in the bathroom to have space for our items but that’s not a big deal. There were several lightbulbs missing in some of the ceiling fans but that’s minor. The main issue we had was that the ice maker didn’t work well. It may have produced half a bucket of ice in the week we were there. Ice is needed at the beach for drinks. We had to buy ice for use in the condo which was a bummer. We usually only have to worry about ice for the ice chests. We have stayed in the Gulf Shores area seven years in a row with a break the first year of COVID. 2 houses and 5 condos. Out of the condos this would rank 3rd out of 5 because of the ice. If that doesn’t matter to you then you’ll enjoy it. The balcony has nice furniture and the condo was clean and updated. We just wish we had ice :) ##### Jami L.
