The private washer/dryer will take care of the towels, and central air conditioning will keep everyone cool and comfortable. Enjoy a view of the clear skies from the furnished deck (perfect for enjoying drinks or dinner al fresco). Just don't forget to turn on the outside lights! Bedrooms at this home are all down one hallway, just past the home's private washer/dryer. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan for customized comfort. The first bedroom features fun turtle-themed art, and the second bedroom just across the hall continues the theme in the en suite half bathroom. The third bedroom is down the hall to the right - this is a fun bunk room with an Xbox One installed for gaming nights. The fourth and final bedroom is across the hall, with a two-window view and an en suite bathroom (with a shower/tub combination) for guests to enjoy. We arrived Friday & began stocking the side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with food. We noticed the refrigerator wasn't cooling properly, so we texted the property manager, Vacasa. A local Vacasa representative called and informed us that they were aware that the refrigerator had been broken for several days, & they had thought someone had fixed it on our check in day. No one from the property management company bothered to confirm that it had been repaired. They then informed us that it wouldn't be until the next day at best that they could have someone fix the fridge. Their suggestion to us was to go purchase a bunch of coolers and ice to save our food. When I we expressed our disappointment in arriving to a house without a working refrigerator, Vacasa stated that a working refrigerator is an amenity, and not guaranteed. The house had other issues, as well. The showers do not drain properly, which leaves you standing in ankle deep water. It would take 10 minutes to drain, causing a backup when we have 10 people to cycle through showers. The house is advertised to have a room with two sets of full sized bunks. The set of beds on the left was so unstable that it was unusable. They sent someone to "tighten the screws," but you could tell this bed had been damaged & improperly repaired. It was not usable. This left us two beds short. Vacasa does a poor job. ##### Jeni W. We met with difficulties as lightning had hit the weekend before so there were electrical problems. Granted they were fixed. We did get replacements if TV in living room and microwave in kitchen. The washer was very difficult and not electrical. It was wore out and would only wash a very small load at time. You had to babysit it. When you have 16 people starting at. 18 months to 71 yrs you need to wash daily. We were not informed of garbage pickups and believe me we made trash with 2,in diapers and 4 boys aged 11 to 12\. Also we were promised beach access and a 10 min walk but where to cross to get there was not clear; we were turned away multiple times because we had no wrist band. Our pool was a saving Grace with little ones however it was cloudy green upon arrival with beer cans in the bottom. We do not drink and surely would not put empty in pool. We managed and pool man came our last day there so it didn’t matter. I just think there was a communication issue. . Overall we loved the house. ##### Myra M. The house was well supplied with towels and basic needs. The house is not updated so the carpet and beds were in need of an upgrade. The bunk beds squeak terribly! They should install a higher quality bed for the rental price. The pool was very nice! We overall enjoyed our stay but the blinds were broken when we arrived and the beds need an upgrade. ##### Arla C.
