This charming, low-density complex sits just across the street from the sugar-white beaches and directly behind the convenient Pier 33 general store. Guests will enjoy access to the community pool as well as quick, easy proximity to all the dining, shopping, and entertainment Gulf Shores is known for. Unit 4-A is a beautifully renovated duplex, completely refreshed in March 2020 with new paint, furnishings, and bedding. Professionally designed and decorated, the home features a bright coastal-chic aesthetic that instantly sets the tone for a relaxing beach vacation. From stylish finishes to thoughtful comfort throughout, every detail has been curated to ensure a welcoming, memorable stay. The Space: Bama Barefoot Beach House is the lower level of a charming duplex within the quiet Spinnaker Pointe community — a boutique, low-density development featuring only 10 total units. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat offers a welcoming blend of comfort, style, and coastal charm, highlighted by a large private balcony perfect for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, and relaxing with peaceful Little Lagoon views. Inside, the open living area features cozy, updated furnishings, a mounted 60" smart TV, and seamless access to the balcony. The dining table seats six comfortably, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar, making it easy to gather for meals, games, and conversation. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need to enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private en-suite bath, and direct balcony access. Bedroom 2 offers a comfortable queen bed, while Bedroom 3 includes a versatile trundle setup — a full bed on the bottom, twin on top, and an additional pull-out single — ideal for families and kids. This thoughtfully designed layout can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Additional features include tile flooring throughout, a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and plenty of storage. The home was fully renovated in March 2020 with new paint, built-in shelving, updated furnishings and bedding, upgraded cookware, and professional décor to create a bright, stylish coastal retreat. Please note: This condo does not have an elevator. Guests will need to navigate one flight of stairs to access the unit. Guest Access: Guest have access to the entire unit (4-A) along with the common area amenities such as the outdoor pool. The Neighborhood: There is a great coffee spot (West Beach Coffee House) and convenience store (Pier 33) next door. Shopping, dining, walk-in-doctor office, arcade, mini-golf, entertainment, grocery stores, nightlife, etc are all located nearby. Pier 33 general store is located just feet away and has everything you need for those last-minute items. The Hangout is located less than a mile away. Getting Around: Located less than a mile from The Hangount and MANY restaurants, attractions, shops and other venues. Other Things to Note: Located less than a mile from The Hangout. This is a low-density duplex development with only 10 total units. There is designated parking for 2 vehicles under the home. There is not an elevator so you will have to navigate one flight of stairs to access the space. Beach access is at the West 6th St Public Beach, which is a block (0.2 mi or 300 yards) to the east.
