Welcome to Castaways 2C!

Experience the perfect blend of luxury and convenience in this beautifully renovated gulf-front condo. Located directly on the beach and just a short stroll from popular dining (The Hangout & Pink Pony) and shopping spots, Castaways 2C offers an ideal retreat for up to 8 guests.

Renovations & Upgrades:
Step into a freshly updated space with a modern kitchen featuring brand-new cabinets and appliances. Recent enhancements also include stylish artwork, fresh bedding in the guest room, and updated decor. Enjoy custom crown molding, sleek granite slab countertops, and travertine marble in one bathroom, with the second bathroom showcasing elegant quartz countertops.

Comfort & Entertainment:
Relax in the comfortable living area with new seating, including a plush sofa and recliner. The living room is equipped with a 47" Smart Tv and Blu-ray player, as are both bedrooms (42" HDTVs). For your convenience, a Keurig single-cup coffee maker and 12-cup coffee maker are ready to brew your favorite coffee. All beds are triple-sheeted ensuring a fresh, clean, hotel-style sleep experience for every guest, every stay.

Primary Suite:
The spacious main bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a TV, a second recliner, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the private balcony.

Spectacular Views:
Enjoy breathtaking views of the private pool, beach, and Gulf of Mexico from your second-floor balcony.

Unique Features:
The condo offers a unique gulf-front heated saltwater pool, complete with a fountain and both open-air and covered seating areas. A restroom is available poolside, along with additional lounge and table seating.

-Master Bedroom: King-sized bed
-Second Bedroom: Full/Full bunk bed with a twin trundle (newly replaced mattress as of 09/22)
-Sleep Sofa: Queen-sized

Additional Information:
-Approximate Area: 1,220 Sq Ft
-Parking: Required $42 per vehicle (2 max). Parking can be tight for large vehicles in peak season (June-Aug), with overflow options available across the street.
-Monthly Stays: From the 1st of the month to the 1st of the next month. Rates are not prorated.
-Free Wi-Fi available-don't forget your laptop!
-Age Requirement: Renter/occupant must be at least 25 years old.
-Smart Thermostat allows cooling to 70 degrees; system shuts off if the balcony door is open more than 5 minutes.

The unit was just as pictured, and we loved the location. We stayed during Shrimp Fest, so we could walk to the festivities. Our only complaint was that the king bed was too firm.

The condo was great inside the unit. Beds were comfy, lots of extra linens provided. All appliances in working order. The elevator is slow and not air conditioned. The exterior of the building could use some TLC.

Location is great! Within walking distance to the hangout! The beach view from the balcony is very nice! The kids loved how half the swimming pool is shaded! The room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed!

It was a great holiday. Accommodations were great. Loved the balcony. It was roomy enough for all of us and well equipped.

Super convenient location! Walkable to several restaurants and shops. Loved that it wasn't a super huge highrise. The beach wasn't overly crowded and we never had to wait for the elevator. Also really nice that there was a box to donate beach toys/use them. Overall really liked the facility and would stay here again.

The property was dirty, the rugs looked as though they were 10 year old Dollar Store rugs that had never be cleaned. The chair in the master bedroom was filthy. The master bath had hair in it. Master bedroom pillow cases looked old and dingy. Very simple, low cost items to address, yet no one seemed to care. Small flies were all over the place especially in the master bathroom. We didn’t cook anything in the unit,l and didn’t have any fruit/veggies in the unit , so I know if wasn’t something we brought in. When I wrote the manager about the issues, they offered to send someone on our last day to clean and an insulting 5% discount on our next stay. I would never stay here again!

Location is great!! Issues with not having hot water for showers. Also the parking is terrible. Small parking spaces and not enough parking. Numerous times we had to park elsewhere and walk to the castaway.

The condo itself was excellent. Spacious, clean, convenient…but the parking lot was the most stressful part of the entire trip. Parking spaces are ridiculously narrow and there’s no room to maneuver.

Loved the location of this condo. The unit was clean and comfortable. Check in and out were very easy. It is an older complex, but the price made up for that. We had some issues with the bathroom, but the Property Manager called me and scheduled a plumber who arrived the next morning. I appreciated how she handled it, by calling me and us talking through it.
