Phoenix 6 Unit #703...You'll love our bright and cheery 3 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront condo. It has everything you'll need for a pleasurable and enjoyable vacation. The views from both the living room and master bedroom are spectacular! Both rooms have sliding glass door entrances to your gulf-front balcony, equipped with a lounge chair and patio table with chairs. You'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico.

A king sized bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom! There is a queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom and the third bedroom has two queen beds! There's plenty of room for a large family! A full sized washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you'll need! We even provide a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig!

**A private, underground parking spot is also available for you to use during your stay! And, you can purchase another pass to park a second vehicle (2 cars MAX)**

Wonderful Trip!

We had 8 adults and an infant and more than enough space. We had no problems and if we had a question we had an immediate response. We would definitely book again in the future.

Mom/Daughter Spring Break

We had an amazing stay! We booked last minute for a quick mommy daughter trip with our littles. They loved the indoor pool option, the outdoor pool was beautiful, the boardwalk to the beach was great. We loved that there were zero stairs to get onto the beach. The condo was perfectly clean and exactly as described. So spacious and so much room.

Great for our large family!

This condo was the perfect amount of space for our family of 10! The balcony area had an amazing view, and it was nice having 2 full bathroom, and plenty of seating in the kitchen/ dining area.

Orange Beach Vacation

We loved our stay at this condo. The condo was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed watching the ocean and dolphins from the balacony and eating breakfast at the table. Having the owners parking spot was a huge bonus!! We will definitely be back!

Great Stay

Nice layout, lots of space and great view. Kitchen could use an update as some cupboard doors broken. Dryer took a bit longer to dry but did the job. Nice big kitchen table to sit and eat.

Ladies Trip Success

We had the absolute best time on our Ladies Trip to Orange Beach. The condo was perfect in size and beautifully decorated. We had plenty of space and the views of the beach were fabulous. We enjoyed our coffee every morning watching the sun come up over the ocean. The condo nor the beach were crowded. Even sitting by the pool was enjoyable with so few people. The perfect time of year to go. We will definitely stay here again.

wonderful get away

We all really enjoyed our get away. The condo was exceptional - great a/c, well stocked with extra blankets, decorated lovely, and great noise control within the condo. The beach did not feel overly crowded even though we were there on a holiday weekend. We would absolutely go back. Only con was they were working on elevators when we were there so we took the steps on several times which was 7 flights (doable).

Great location for family vacation. Had problems with water, but they were honest and transparent with the issue. It didn’t deter us from having a good time. Easy access to ocean. Great views from room and balcony.

Long weekend

The room is clean and nicely decorated. The condo is updated. There was a strange smell in the kitchen but not so bad that it took away from the experience. Would 10/10 stay again.

A very nice property with an unbeatable view right on the beach. The bedrooms and bathroom on the north side where musty which bothered my daughter's allergies. With a little Lysol and cleaning this improved.

Absolutely Amazing

The condo was exactly as listed,,,We loved th location the pools and jacuzzi’s…we had a leak from the ceiling in master bathroom called maintenance and they were there immediately to take care of the problem and thanked us repeatedly for calling to report the problem…totally impressed with how quickly they resolved the issue..,would highly recommend this property as well as the owner…

Beautiful Property

View is amazing. You have perfect ocean views from the master & living room/kitchen. Property is stocked exactly as stated and clean through out. The included parking spot was great as it is shaded & left no need to fight for a spot at night. Communication with property manager was easy & prompt. We added an extra day & that was seamless! Would stay here again & recommend this stay to anyone looking. (Side note to take beach chairs or buy cheap ones there- pool gets shaded by 5-6pm but the beach is a short walk & plenty of white sand there!)

It was nice and clean except for the kitchen supplies. The view is spectacular and it was a good price. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Dishwasher had a sewer smell and all plates, cups, bowls and cooking trays and pots were dirty. I had to wash everything before I used it. I deserve a cleaning fee refund. Orange Beach is beautiful!

Excellent stay

Upon arriving at the condo my girls (3 & 7) were in awe of the decorations and the size of the condo! This being their first time to the beach, I felt at ease with the sandbar out in the water. Everything was clean, and updated in the condo. The ice machine was an added bonus. Even liked having a code instead of a key to keep up with. Anyone in our party could enter at anytime and didn't have to worry about a key. My kids loved the pools (inside and outside) and the hot tubs. Would very much recommend this unit to anyone.

Condo was nice but I would’ve expected more cleanliness , the kitchen was not clean at all and pots pans and utensils very disorganized . Bedsheets were stained if not dirty. Would not stay in this unit again. The mask mandate was not enforced and the elevators were very crowded . In this time of Covid 19 things should’ve been different.
