* Master bedroom has king bed with memory foam topper & private door out to the patio.
* Master bath features modern new fixtures and lots of counter space with vanity seating.
* Bedroom two has 1 queen bed 1 Full and has an updated private bath!
* 3 Flat Screen TV's & Blue ray player, Satellite TV & WIFI
* Bluetooth speaker will pair with your device, play your tunes!
* Need a little more sleeping space there is a queen size sofa sleeper from Lazboy with upgraded memory foam mattress in the living area.

Great place

This was a great place to stay. We loved being able to use the other pools and everything that the other buildings offered like the coffee shop. The manager of the condo we stayed in was very helpful when I would text with any questions. I’d definitely stay here again.

Almost paradise

Absolutely great property to spend the week. Cant beat the view from any room and just sitting on the balcony was peaceful. Condo was very comfortable and ample amenities overall. Would definitely stay again and recommend friends as well.

Relaxing & Quiet

We had a wonderful time! The property was clean, quiet and homey. We had all we needed while there. The building was easy to navigate, parking as plentiful and close to many restaurants. The only bad thing was other guests in other units were smoking on their patios and blowing over to us had to go inside a couple times to avoid the smoke. More about other not following the rules. Would definitely stay here again!

Birthday celebration at the beach

We had a great time, the beach and location was beautiful however this was the first time we had to supplement the toilet tissue ,coffee filters, garbage bags, paper towels, dishwashing soap and detergent for clothes along with new batteries in the remotes so they would work. Typically it has been our experience with VRBO there is enough essential supplies for four people for the entire stay.

The condo itself was very nice. It felt like condo 4 was the forgotten condo. The sauna did not work, the workout facility was minimal, and you had to go to other Phoenixes to get what you needed. We LOVED the courts. There were lots of rude kids who ruined our evening pickleball games, but the parents were not supervising them. We really enjoyed our stay! Penny was great with communication.The double access Balcony view of the beach is absolutely STUNNING and Magazine style design with functional space to accommodate to the entire family but also peaceful and spacious for just two

Great location

We enjoyed our stay! Condo had a great view of the beach! It was clean and well-maintained. We would have given 5 stars but there was some construction happening during our stay, which was a bit of a disturbance. Overall, it’s a nice place, and we would recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

Very good place to stay. The only 2 things that weren’t good was when you walk in it just has an old kind of cigarette smell and the garbage can must have had something spilled in it and had an awful smell. Other than that, it was a great stay
