Recently renovated condo with rare reserved covered parking! This elegantly decorated 1,341 sq ft. two bedroom, two bath, 6th floor unit has it all! Panoramic views of the gulf from the master bedroom, living room and large balcony. Dining in will be a treat in the all new kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, in-refrigerator ice maker and wet bar with beverage center. This newly renovated condo with its luxurious setting will sure to be a renters favorite. Fully appointed kitchen and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Newly renovated large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space. Other features include ceiling fans, flat-screen TVs with DVD in every room. UPDATE ON UNIT:Owner has recently change out rollers for both sliding glass doors, making them open and close more freely. It was not clean in the lobby, hallway and our unit. Our Sofa and chairs were so dirty that we didn't even enjoy sitting inside. Why would anyone have white cloth sofa and chairs with so many people renting the unit? Kitchen was not cleaned properly either. There was no hand soap, dish soap, or dish scrub in the kitchen. Laundry had strange smell. Wine cooler was making loud noise all night. There is no ice machine in the entire building and refrigerator wasn't making ice. Property is located right across from Walmart and restaurants which was the best part. Hope this helps next tenant. ##### Vishwa P.
