This unit is located on the 6th floor and features beautiful décor and furnishings. We live in Gulf Shores and take pride in caring for our units to ensure our guests have a great experience. We inspect our units frequently and enjoy adding the little touches that make the condo warm and inviting. We also offer units 503, 504 and 801\. You can view all our units on our FB page "Gulf Shores Vacation." An oversized beach front private balcony with a panoramic view of emerald green water and white sandy beaches can be accessed from both the living room and master bedroom. You are just steps away from white sandy beaches and warm gulf waters. The Gulf Front balcony is large and includes a table seating for four and two lounge chairs. You can watch the sunrise over the gulf waters while you enjoy your morning coffee, watch the dolphins and enjoy glorious sunsets at the end of the day with a spectacular view. The living room is equipped with a queen-size sleeper sofa, recliner and chair. The sleeper sofa has a memory foam mattress making it much more comfortable than the old traditional and uncomfortable spring sofa mattresses that most come with. The living room is also equipped with a large flat screen smart TV, coffee table, two end tables and lamps. The Kitchen includes granite countertops and all appliances - side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric range and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials you need from pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, blender, crockpot, ect. There is a large pantry and lots of cabinets. The laundry room includes full-size washer and dryer plus an ironing board and iron. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, large dresser, two night stands with lamps, flat screen smart TV and private full size bathroom. The sliding glass door opens to the balcony and also features black out drapes. The guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, dresser, night stand and a flat screen smart tv and access to the guest bathroom. Island Royale offers a heated inside/outside pool, two hot tubs, kiddie pool with mushroom fountain, sauna, steam room, and exercise room overlooking the beach. There are grilling stations located on the east end of the building. If you would like information on shopping, dining and attractions please feel free to contact us. We have enjoyed many wonderful years in Gulf Shores and would like to help you do the same. We also provide maintenance 24/7 during your stay ensuring that anything that should occur during your stay will be promptly taken care of. Please note Island Royale is a smoke free building. No smoking on balconies or the common areas. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, cigars, etc. Smoking is permitted at the designated smoking area located near the BBQ grills on the east side of the building. Great biking and walking location - we love to walk down to Lagoon pass and bike to the state park. Condo is well- equipped and comfortable. The owners even provide beach supplies like floats, boogie boards, etc. Super clean condo. But best of all - HASSLE free. You get the owner’s contact info and can text for any issue that comes up. The owner of the condo was excellent and so easy to work with, if I had a concern, and would contact him, he would immediately contact me back. The security at the condo was excellent, especially the two Joe's that worked security, they went above and beyond to make sure we were safe during our stay here. I would totally recommend this condo to anyone. The HUGE balcony (off of the primary bedroom & living room) opens right up to the ocean view. Covered, gated parking was great. The mattresses were Tempur-pedic like. It’s not my preference, but my husband and daughter LOVED them. We did have one issue with the internet. The property manager was very quick to respond and resolved the issue so quickly! What a great Location! Who could ask for more....Walk right out to the huge white sand beach! Accommodations were very comfortable and easily could accommodate a second couple. Kitchen set up was great and there was a little convenient store with groceries and liquor, across the busy street and west about a block. They also have a coffee shop on the upper level but isn't always open so check for hours. VERY short drive to the main avenue with tons of Restaurants and souvenir shops and a Walmart for a bigger grocery shop. We walked the beach every day (about a mile to the big pier). A little further to the public beach. If you walk across the boardwalk at the public beach you can rent bikes/ e-bike. The trail system is great. Very flat and a lot on boardwalk bridges. Nice area! Best seafood (although Fried) DOC's (toward Orange beach). Best Key lime pie LULU's (fun area to explore). The beach always has vendors that have chairs/umbrellas to rent. But the condo had 2 chairs and a umbrella that we were able to use. We enjoyed the relaxing time we had. The only negative comment is the entry system key code. We found it difficult the first few times but eventually got it. But this has to do with the building not the owner. The owner also messaged us once we were in and settled to make sure all was good. Good location with excellent ocean/beach views and the larger than usual balcony was a major plus. Owner very responsive and proactive. Keyless entry makes it nice when there are several people all doing different things. Sitting on the balcony watching the waves was amazing! Views are superb! Great place to rent! Good communication with owners. We had a great time at Island Royale 603! Our unit was nice and clean! AC, washer, dryer all worked great! Kitchen was fully stocked with whatever we needed! Jason & Sonya were great host!
