GOLF CARTS \* Golf carts are NOT allowed to be operated in the neighborhood per the Home Owners Association. Only property owners are allowed to operate golf carts GUEST ACCESS \* This home is located in Cabana Beach Estates, a private beach community in the Fort Morgan area. \* In order to access the private beach we provide 2 guest parking passes. \* These passes are very expensive & time consuming to replace and we require them to be left at the home for the next guest. \* There is ample parking for 7 vehicles and the driveway is concrete. \* The road leading to the property is loose gravel and has potholes. When it rains there will be puddles of water to navigate around. \* We do not refund due to weather, driving conditions, power outages or other acts of nature that we don't & can't control.
