There are 18 steps to get up to the main level. From the main level there are additional stairs leading up to the upper level bedrooms. There is a full size washer and dryer upstairs in the hallway closet. They are stacked but full size. The bathrooms are as follows: a half bath in the hallway off the front foyer, a full bath off the bedrooms on the main level, a full bath upstairs in the hallway, and a full bath with both a large jetted tub and a separate shower off the master bedroom. The house has large decks on all levels and sliding patio doors in every room of the house. The rooms in the front of the house have canal views and the rooms at the back of the house face the ocean. The ocean is a couple of blocks away but there is an ocean view from the master bedroom deck and the other bedroom deck adjacent to the master. There is a large, well stocked Dollar General at the end of the street with inexpensive beach toys and other necessity items as well as a decent food section. There is a family mini-golf barely a half a block from the house. Waterville is less than a mile away. You can easily walk to a dozen restaurants within two blocks. A very nice Publix grocery store and a neighborhood Walmart is just a few miles away. Instacart is amazing and Publix does a fantastic job of home delivery! This is a terrific place for a friends or family gathering!
