The scope of construction may block access or visibility of the balconies, and some amenities may be closed and rerouted to the neighboring Beach Club buildings. Workers and equipment will be on site and construction noise is to be expected during standard working hours. Parking and building access may be blocked and rerouted as needed. Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. Smart TVs with streaming app access—just log in with your own accounts. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The unit was very clean, had everything that we needed and was tastefully decorated l. The unit was close to the pool and a very short walk to the beach. We would love to stay in this unit again. Our only issue was with the parking pass at check-in. Apparently Vacasa neglected to put our name on a check in list, even though we had confirmation email, paid email and email the unit was ready early. The matter was corrected in about 30 minutes, but frustrating nonetheless. ##### Donna L.
