Then the lady that checked us in was very rude and when we asked for a extra hour to check out the lady at the main office was very helpful and gave it to us but did not relay the message to the condo office so we had to wait over 30 minutes just to get back I. I could only stay 2 nights but it was great. It was the week before spring break crowds arrived, no problems with noise, parking or wifi. (I had to work a few hours, wifi speed and "office" view were both grand.) Elevators were slow as noted but the low floor made the stairs convenient. Don’t let the exterior fool you, as it is a little run down on the outside. The room itself was tidy and had everything that we needed for long weekend. If it had been any longer than that, we would have been uncomfortable. The room is actually on the hallway, so the window faces the hallway other guests walk down but did not present an issue and we did not hear much outside of our room. The balcony overlooks the water which is fantastic and our favorite part of the room. The staff is also fantastic and super friendly. They accommodated our late check in and thank goodness got us on a lower floor (as requested), Now to the not so great: The elevators were awful. Even before 1 of the 2 elevators broke, it took over 10 minutes to get an elevator so we opted for climbing the stairs vs. Waiting for an elevator. On our last day, after waiting for quite some time we ended up laughing all of bags down the stairs instead of continuing the wait- who needs a workout class? Again, fine for a weekend but I will probably opt to stay somewhere else on my next trip down. NOTE: wifi is tough... I would not say it works well or consistently. ##### Caitlin T.
