However, for the cleaning fee that I had to pay, I would expect that the place would be clean when I arrived. Grout in the bathrooms were stained orange and black, baseboards were covered in filth and the walls had dirty handprints all over them. I have kids and I get it, things get dirty. But I donā€™t have anyone cleaning my house, and Iā€™m paying someone to clean after I leave. The ceilings are very low in the bathrooms and if youā€™re tall like my husband and I (6ā€™0 and 6ā€™2) your head will hit the shower head. The walls are also thin, so we could hear the neighbors yelling at each other and blasting the tv full volume.
