Close to restaurants and shopping. Gulf State Park is near by. Short drive to Orange Beach and Perdido Key, Pensacola. The negatives were that the stovetop only had 2 elements that worked and the dishwasher door needed to be pushed to one side to close properly. Both appliances need to be replaced.
