« Clean, delicate and spacious apartment with a great view (firework and Kiss Bridge). Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, also with traditional Vietnamese food. Frequently used the gym as well, so that was a lovely bonus. They even picked us up from our first hotel stay on the island and drove us to the airport when we were leaving. For us this was a great place to stay while we explored the island on our own. Communication beforehand and during the stay was also very good. Would stay...

"We stayed for 3 nights, 4 days. Everything was far above our expectation. From check in to check out and everything in between was simply perfect. Staff was polite and wanted to make sure that you have the best holiday. Breakfast heathy with a lot of choise as well as diner. This was enjoyable with an amazing infinity pool having a panoramic view. Staff was available all the time, they even had buggys to take you to your room upside the hill. Rooms were big, clean, modern with each a balcony which made you feel at home with so mucht privacy. All together we can only say that this hotel was pure perfection. We’ll surely come back ! "

"Notre villa 3 chambres avec piscine privée et vue sur l’océan (3512) à Vinpearl Wonderworld Phu Quoc était confortable. Points très positifs : la politesse et la grande disponibilité de TOUT le staff (Check in personnalisé organisé par la Manager du Front Office (Mrs Tracey) sous le couvert de son General Manager (Mr Carl Gagnon), en raison de mon problème de mobilité (fracture du pied). L’aide au quotidien de Mrs Minh Anh (Front office) tel un service de Conciergerie pour s’assurer que notre séjour soit parfait. La gentillesse des housekeepers (Mrs Trinh Be Diem et Mrs Hunh Thi Liên). Les jardins sont un vrai jardin botanique parfaitement bien entretenus. La qualité des plats au Buffet Restaurant est satisfaisante. Bravo à tout le personnel du buffet et des cuisines : chacun est affairé mais toujours disponible pour la satisfaction des clients-merci au Chef Mr Nguyen Dinh Lam Hung qui nous a préparé très gentiment un poisson grillé délicieux, à la Restaurant Manager Mrs Truong Dinh Bao/ et toute son équipe (Ngoc Trâm, Huy Hiêp, Hân. Le service des Tuk Tuk est très bien organisé, rapide, et gentil (Responsable des transports Mr Kiên). Une mention toute particulière à Mrs VO Như/Jenny (service des Réservations) qui a géré notre demande de report de dates de séjour (en raison d’une urgence médicale familiale) et qui nous a ensuite accompagné durant notre séjour. Les massages à Aroya Spa sont biens. Points à améliorer : room service (menu trop restreint et plats servis froids. "

"L’hôtel est fantastique, le service au top, il respecte bien la norme, 5 étoiles, je lui donne une 6.. aussi une mention spécial pour le serveur ADITIYA quel personne!! Très présent, serviable, souriant, rien à dire.. à chaque fois qu’on le croisait au petit déjeuner ou au restaurant indien, il était toujours au top.. quel classe quel présentation.. dommage le jour de notre départ on ne l’a pas vu, j’ai même essayé de le trouver, on m’a dit que c’était sa journée off. On voulait le remerciement.. l’année prochaine à notre retour.."
