"This is not a property for couples. Noisy with kids everywhere. They put us in a room that was a 10 minute walk from reception, Wi-Fi didn’t work. "

"Grand contraste entre la qualité générale de l'hôtel (très bonne) et le service très moyen : aucune d'explication à l'accueil, attente pour la moindre demande (check in, check out, wifi etc...). Le all inclusive s'est révélé être une pension complète puisqu'il a fallu payer pour le wifi (souvent en carafe), l'accès aux transats et parasols sur la plage (pris d'assaut), le lavage des serviettes de bain etc... Ce n'est pas du 4 étoiles : pas de service bagages ni chambres de courtoisie au départ...
