"I wanted to let you know that your apartment and extraordinary kindness made our stay in Salerno just a wonderful visit! This place was just great, as described, and perfectly located. Very comfortable, every amenity one could want and truly only 10 minutes from the train terminal. After our first day, ( with the nice lady help on the phone from test) we were able to navigate the city quite easily. Gulia was just great and did a wonderful job as well. "It was somewhat accessible from the train station the ferry boats by bus a block away from the beach, restaurants and most of the local stores. Staff are friendly. If you order any breakfast stuff outside the serving time 7:30-10 am it will cost extra. The balcony door is a little concern as it doesn’t lock/close properly. Although the price is compatible one can get centrally. But if you just want a place to rest it’s okay"

There was a bit of a hassle during check-in because the elevator required 20 cents, or alternatively, picking up the key from the second floor. The host provided guidance through a video call. "This is not 4 star hotel as advertised. We book triple room expectimg 3 normal beds but god one double bed and one uncomfortable small bed. Noice from heating was so extensive we were forced to switch it off. Also trafic from nearby road was very loud, room not sound proof."

"We only stayed one night and checked in the afternoon but it did not look like the photo. Lift was tiny and very old. Breakfast was fine. I would suggest eating out for lunch and dinner as it was €25 for dinner and we discovered it to be much cheaper out. The local supermarket makes sandwiches that were divine and cheap."

"Everything was perfect since we arrived. The staff were so kind going above and beyond at every step, the room had a beautiful view—it’s a bit far from the city but apparently they have a shuttle you can ask for in advance. We stayed in a room with partial seaside view but instead we got a full view! It was as pictured, with a terrace and view to ourselves. Even if you don’t get a room with a view, they have outdoor seating with the most amazing view, and there’s beautiful live music in the evenings from 8-8:30pm. They also have their private seaside/beach area and pool open to guests—many other beaches in the area are not free, while the hotels is both private and free for guests. When we went it was nearly empty, very private, and breathtaking beauty."
