"We really enjoyed staying at this clean, quaint home in East Hill. It was a great location to visit UWF, Pensacola Beach, the Bay Area and downtown. Our dog was able to join us, and she was calm and peaceful here. There is a fenced in yard which was convenient. It is definitely an older neighborhood but the majority of the houses are maintained well, and we felt completely safe walking our dog late in the evening. "Absolutely loved staying here and highly recommend! We were greeted by John upon arrival who gave us a quick tour of our accommodations and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. After that it was basically like having the place to yourself. The home was beautifully decorated, meticulously clean, and stocked with a few personal touches. By far prefer staying here over any hotel I have ever stayed at. Everyone should try this place out at least once!"

"My husband and I stayed here for a weeklong vacation. The house is such a unique style, nestled among a tree filled property overlooking the bay and sound. The place was clean and cozy with plenty of space if you are coming with a full group or family, and nice mattresses on the beds. "We have stayed at several VRBO's in Pensacola Beach, and this was by far the best. It was clean, well organized, nicely stocked, and the fenced yard was great for our dog. Covered/shaded outside areas no matter the time of day. Nice touch having TV's in every room. This place is very well taken care of. Only downside was the outside grill needed a good cleaning - we did not use it. Otherwise a really great place to stay - we would definitely rent it again."
