![Finally got around to trying out another coffee house on Florida's west coast. The Clever Cup in Sarasota did not disappoint. Very good latte with an extra shot and a tasty turkey and cheese sandwich in a toasted croissant. Good seating and local jewelry and art. « Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. The onboard toilet was inoperable and ‘maintenance’ never arrived to remedy the situation. Spent the first night with the smell of human waste in the air.
