You'll have the entire home to yourselves: 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. The home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults. This is the perfect spot to access everything the area offers; near famous beaches, parks, shopping, & eating. It's sparkling clean and newly renovated! Perfect for families or friends who want all the amenities: where Life's a Breeze! The Space: Welcome to your Florida vacation destination! Only 2.5 MILES to the beautiful and famous PENSACOLA BEACH and 5 MILES to DOWNTOWN PENSACOLA! \*\*Featuring NEW APPLIANCES, CABINETRY, FLOORING, and much more! This spacious home includes a large, airy Living Room, a bright Master Bedroom with a private en-suite Bath and two beautiful Guest Bedrooms with an additional Bath. It's a one-story home with hard floors throughout, making it very easy to keep clean, and a flat entry so no climbing up pesky stairs. The Master Bedroom and 1 guest bedroom feature Queen Beds, the third bedroom has a brand new Double/Full bed. All the bedding was purchased with comfort in mind. There is also a high-quality Sofa bed in the living room. With 4 beds, the home can comfortably accommodate 8 adult guests in total. Enough clean linens are always provided to make sure all guests enjoy a great night's sleep. In the home we have high-speed WiFi and 2 large LED Smart TVs with free streaming of Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, News, Sports, etc. Outside, you have a large driveway for car parking in the front and a green backyard with natural views and a patio for relaxing! We provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo, and hand soap as well as fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in almost every room of the house. Coffee, sugar, cream and a variety of herbal teas are also provided complimentary. This home is located in a safe, family-friendly area walking distance from a grocery store, a park (with playground equipment, pavilion with tables, soccer field, etc), local restaurants, and plenty of other eateries and entertainment. It couldn't be better situated! Parking is free in the home's driveway, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. We would also be happy to accommodate boat parking. There are several boat launches in the area, including at Shoreline Park South, a very short distance from the home. It's walking distance to shopping, entertainment, eateries--truly the perfect base for your vacation! There are tons of shopping and eating opportunities nearby! The location of the home was incredibly convenient to everything in gulf breeze. We had no problem getting Ubers to and from the house anytime we needed. The home was exactly as advertised, and very comfortable. Check in and check out procedures were easy, and the keypad lock on the front door made it easy for us to access the home as soon as our flight landed! Highly recommend! ##### Meagan K. Easy access to the beaches or as a springboard to do some sightseeing. Quiet neighborhood, well equipped for doing your own coooking, and plenty of space. We quickly booked this lovely Gulf Breeze home and were delighted with the accommodations. The communications with our host were timely; we had everything we needed in the house and finished our business meeting successfully. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the location is convenient for both the beach and downtown Pensacola. I would definitely stay here again. ##### Susan R. We didn't have to buy anything for our beach trips because there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach mats, & toys in the garage. The location was clean, the check in process was easy, though locking the door was a bit challenging, we finally figured it out and it was effortless. That I mentioned how incredibly clean it was? There was not a piece of dust in sight....ir a piece of hair in sight. The Location was very convenient as it only took us about 7 minute to get to the beach, and less than 10 minutes to get to Walmart and other the stores. The house was very comfortable, decorated with homey touches. The smart TV was a plus. The beds and couches were super soft and comfortable. 10/10! ##### Ashley M.
