The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room had great lighting which you don't always find. The A/C was loud. The location is convenient, and parking was right at the door.

I recently stayed at a hotel and unfortunately, I had a poor experience overall. The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par, as there was dirt on the floor. Additionally, the staff was not readily available at the front desk, causing me to wait for 30 minutes to check in at 8:30pm. The property conditions were quite disappointing. The bathroom door fell off the hinges when I used it, which was a major inconvenience. Furthermore, there was no warm water despite waiting for more than 10 minutes. To make matters worse, I had specifically booked a king-sized bed for myself, my wife, and our dog, but I was given a twin-sized bed instead. When I called the front desk to express my concerns, I was informed that there were no other rooms available and nothing could be done about the water issue. I was also told that the bathroom doors habitually fall off the hinges. To add to the discomfort, the hotel was located in an area with loud traffic noises throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The lack of cleanliness, unavailability of staff, poor property conditions, and noise disturbances made for a highly unsatisfactory experience.

I’ve had a fantastic experience here! The room was beautiful and didn’t look like a typical standard room. Much bigger than expected. Pricing was great, staff is super friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and I love the vintage style of the buildings.

The people in the room next to us were fighting and threatening to burn the place down at 430 in the morning. Then the smoke alarms went off and scared everyone in my party. The room was supposed to be for 5 people and it was not.
